I had a fantastic experience with Sam. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Sam made the whole process so much easier and more manageable. He was calm, professional, and handled all of my belongings with great care.

The van was spacious and very clean, which gave me extra confidence that everything would be transported safely. There was even an unexpected car accident on the street that delayed our departure, but Sam remained calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout, something I really appreciated in an already stressful situation.

Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.

My friend recommended Sam Removals to move my 2 bedroom house from London to Morocco. The team has done a fantastic job. They wrapped all my belongings including the glasses and plates and all other stuff. I was worried that my stuff don't fit in the Luton van but Sam has done a professional job and managed to fit everything in his Luton van. All my content arrived safely to Rabat within a few days. On time and efficient. Sam’s Removals transported some delicate and heavy items from Central London to Kent, that required careful transportation and handling. Their timing was well coordinated and we were able to effect a difficult move smoothly and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent man with a van service. Turned up on time, had straps and blankets to protect my items in the back of the van, and a trolly to help move multiple boxes at once. I will certainly be using them again when I need to move.

Sam and his team were absolutely amazing. I had to move in a hurry and Sam came through like a super hero. Nothing was too much and his friendly and caring nature eased what is a very stressful, overwhelming time. I'll be recommending Sam and the lads to anyone who will listen and needs a move.

I'm writing this on behalf of a disabled woman I'm helping.
At first, it seemed that the move was going to be great. The gentleman was charming, funny, and reassuring. The family had been struggling with getting things sorted but, had things bubble wrapped, boxed up, labeled, etc. They were still working at this even up to things getting moved.

The first red flag was the pressure to pay to the gentleman's personal account.
My client, instead used the on-sight, invoice payment option by card.
After speaking to the gentleman, it was agreed for a 5 hour hire. She had originally wanted longer. To make sure there was plenty of time and no rush.
But, he talked her down to 5 hours. This turned out to be due to what he claimed would be a "cheaper" cost per hour if it went over.

The next red flag was that the order went through 'Sam removal'. Up until the end of the day, my client thought that was who they were dealing with(he even wore a shirt with that on it). Someone listed with badges associating themselves with the guild of movers, the Ombudsman, etc. 'Elite removers' are NOT associated with those organization. This has been confirmed directly from those associations.

With multiple witnesses present, they told my client that they were going to take one load, then come back for a second. They did NOT allow my client time to get to the new location. Instead pushed for them to go on their own. But assured her, it would all be OK.

They said it would be "1 hour up, 20 minute unload, 1 hour back..."

It was not.

They came back for what was supposed to be another full load. To finish the job. They refused to do that.

My client took an uber to the new location as the movers left the old location.

Upon arriving to the new location, where other people that were meeting them were at, it was found to be NOTHING as they have said. First was them damaging the neighbours grass. Second was the overwhelming situations the movers had created.

Being in full knowledge that the woman is disabled, with limited mobility, they have stacked EVERYTHING, in what is the lounge. Boxes, furniture, etc to the ceiling. There is pictures and video recording this.

As the movers were bringing items in from the last -half- truck load it was noted that items were broken, boxes open, etc.

My client, in front of the mover, paid the invoice in full. Through the website. The man didn't like this. My clients daughter and herself, kept telling him it was paid. That he can see the invoice. THAT was when the gentleman said to her that the site was for Sam removal, but he was trying to switch to elite Removals. That she should have paid to his bank account.

It was only AFTER the situation, that he informed her it was not the same company.

He left my disabled client and her daughter stuck, unable to move items, many things broken and/or needing repair. His "charming and funny" personalty has changed dramatically. No acknowledgement of the damaged items, no information how to contact their insurance, no offer to pay repair/replacement.

She had used her savings to pay them and they took advantage of her and have left her in a desperate situation.
Not only did people that were there take pictures as proof, but, I have as well. As well as video.
We have also taken statements from people that witnessed this.

We called the guild to find out that, NO, 'elite removals' are not part of their affiliated removers.

The gentleman may be very charming when he is making a sale, but not so much, when he is leaving broken items, ruined furniture and a disabled family stuck.

He was paid. There is proof of this. So this was not a question of him getting stiffed on money. He recieved his payment then didn't care how he treated their things.

I was really stressed about the move but everything was moved from my old flatshare to my new houseshare quickly and calmly, with extra care given to the heavy and delicate items. Would highly recommend!

Sam was engaged at the very last minute of my move as initial movers arrangement fell through. Sam was helpful from the get go when we spoke on the phone. He was willing to go above and beyond, working on a bank holiday to help with my move which was greatly appreciated. He did so with kindness and diligence, which made the moving process much better. Based on my experience with Sam Removals, a fair price was applied to the job. Sam communicated the pricing structure from the get go so there were no hidden charges.
