Contacted their website on a Sunday and Ciaran was in touch and on site by Tuesday. Extremely professional about his business and very personable.

He walked me through my options and advised what would suit the rooms and requirements I had. Blinds arrived and installed ahead of schedule and look absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for better. I’ve already passed on his number to a few people to get their houses sorted too.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the fantastic after-care service i recently recieved from Samrod blinds from the moment i contacted Michael right until the repair was resolved, great communication, the issue was resolved so quickly and effectively. I was so impressed with this service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Samrod blinds to anyone, they are the best at what they do they really go above and beyond for their customers. We have our blinds now from Samrod for almost eight years now, we've had two minor issues which they fixed very quickly, their after service is excellent.

Excellent customer service, they were a great help when we had an issue with one of our blinds, over a year after it had been fitted, and repaired it free of charge.

I bought duo roller blinds from this local company a couple of years ago and was delighted with their communication, pricing, quality and service then. They were a pleasure to deal with at the end of a long and stressful renovation. Fast forward a couple of years and my youngest child managed to catch the end piece of one in the window handle and snap it. I asked Samrod about a repair, they were wonderfully prompt and sorted it out within a couple of days for me very cost effectively. Highly recommend. Other companies could learn a thing or 2 from this family run business. Wonderful customer service.

We recently had our blinds fitted with Samrod Blinds. They are an absolutely extremely professional company in every way. The blinds are exceptional quality. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. Ciarán came out in the evening so we could all consult together and was incredibly helpful with invaluable advice in all aspects of design. Ciarán also measured and then fitted along with Adam. They were outstanding and efficient in every respect. The blinds were ordered for new windows and the order was ready very quickly to accommodate us. It is easy to see why they are in business for over 24 years. They certainly live up to their reputation. If you need blinds Samrod should be your first choice. We had blinds installed in the whole house a number of years ago at the time the installation process was seamless and professional in every respect. The blinds still look as good today. If we ever have an issue the after service is magnificent. I broke a string on Friday and Ciarán was out the next morning (Saturday) to repair it. Our grandchild pulled a blind down on another occasion and we received the same courteous and professional assistance to fix the blind. I highly recommend Samrod Blinds and renewed sincerest thanks for topclass service.

Ciarán came and measured and within a couple of weeks, I had my new blinds. Ciarán came out when he said he was going to and had great communication. When they were fitting it was very quick and tidy process.
