Sam was excellent. Came round explained the job took loads of pics so I could see the end result. Was super fast and friendly too. Will definitely be getting them back round :)

Got a quote online in minutes, which I accepted and was then contacted with a choice of appointments. Sam turned up on time and explained what he was going to do. He efficiently cleaned the gutters with no mess and took pictures of before and after which he shows you on completion. Highly recommend this company.

Called me back with a price when he said he would and arrived at the house on time. Great job with no mess at short notice and a reasonable price which would have saved me hours up a ladder. Nice guy too so I’d highly recommend.

Saw Sam in our area doing another house, stopped and chatted to him about his services, was friendly and I asked for his contact details. Contacted Saffron and had my quote and future date booked in the same day. Sam came round, explained everything, did the job, took before and after pictures which he showed me and left everything spotless. Told me to contact him once the birds that were nesting left and he would remove the nest and clean the soffit. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Sam’s Gutters Cleaning came out to my property to clean the front and back, the front gutter was cleaned by traditional ladder access, the rear gutter has restricted access this was over come by using an industrial vacuum system. I spoke to the owner of Sam’s Gutters who was personable and knowledgeable and who took great care of my property when using the equipment. I would recommend the company for standard of service, ease of booking and competitive pricing.

Excellent customer service from a company who deliver as promised.
I used the on-line booking service which is quick and easy to use. On the appointment day I received a telephone call from Sam (the owner) stating that they would be with me within half an hour. Upon arrival Sam checked on access to the front and rear of the property, it was decided to use a machine for the rear gutters which took less than ten minutes, the front gutter was cleaned by a traditional method. There was no mess left behind, the owner of the company is personable and explains the process. Sam’s gutters is well deserved of a five star rating and they will definitely have repeat business from me, the cost is competitive and good value for money.

We've been in our house just over two years and have had about 20 tradespeople in. I'm admittedly a perfectionist, but there's only about three or four folk I'd have back. Sam is 100% in that group. Trustworthy, reliable, fair and honest and I've recommended the company to others who had been let down (again and again) and he delivered.
