I have used Samyx for a couple of years now. Always prompt both in emails and for the cleans. Nadia there is a star, very thoughtful about things as she cleans and I always look forward to going home once I know she has done the clean.

We looked through endless websites trying to find an end of tenancy cleaner. It is quite overwhelming and we weren't sure who to trust as some had a mix of good/bad reviews.
My partner found Samyx cleaning and we decided to go for it. I'm glad we did - they did a great job and even came back after our landlord was being fussy about something minor!
The communication was great too. We would use Samyx in future and would recommend to anyone.

High quality, trustworthy cleaners
We have worked with Samyx Cleaning for 2 years now. Our regular cleaner, Neva, does an excellent job and I always feel like I'm leaving my home in good hands. Additionally, the communication from their central office (Martin) has always been good and given us plenty of notice for any changes. For example, they arrange a replacement cleaner whenever Neva is on vacation.
We have also used their services for move-in and end-of-tenancy cleans, which were both performed to a high standard.
Their prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the work and I always recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

I booked Samyx Cleaning for End of Tenancy clean. Ivan & Mira arrived on time & did a brilliant job. Thorough but quick, wasted no time & went the extra mile to remove tough grease stains on fabrics & kitchen surfaces. The place was immaculate when they left & my landlord said it ‘looked amazing’. I would use them again & would recommend the to anyone interested in thorough clean at a fair price

They said it would take 3 hours but they were only inside for 1 hour.
We got charges about the place not being cleaned to a high enough standard - namely the washing machine and extractor fan.

On the day, Stefan and his colleague were excellent, they worked efficiently and were very respectful of our property, very polite and helpful.
