Great experience. It was installed a few weeks after I made the first phone call. Simple, good quality and affordable.

By removing most of the on site building work required by other providers and just installing a building they put together in their factory, Sanctum have packaged a lot of common sense into their garden room proposition.

Excellent service from start to finish. Knew what was going to happen and when, the team that arrived where friendly and professional.
The communication was good and they answered all questions within
24hrs.

Turned up on time, built in super quick time - very professional service. Very much enjoying using our room as an office and workout space. Heats up quickly with a small, plug-in radiator and I'm sure it will be very warm as soon as the sun makes an appearance!

The ordering process was straightforward and painless and Sanctum provided clear communications throughout and prompt responses to our queries.
On the day of installation their two man team arrived on time and got on with installing the studio. They were obviously well experienced buildng their studios as it was assembled very quickly and efficiently.
On completion we were very happy with the finished studio and also how they removed every bit of their rubbish from the site.

Very pleased with the QuadPod garden office Sanctum Garden Studios installed over the summer. It's been a couple of months now since the studio was installed (in July 2024), so there's been time for any issues to arise - but there have been none! The team doing the installation were great, completed the job in just over one day, and explained everything thoroughly. Communicating with the company in the run up to the build was very easy too, with all my questions answered promptly. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a garden studio.

We opted for Sanctum Gardern studios after we received a recommendation. It was the perfect option for us for a number of reasons despite this there is always a little bit of anxiety whether it will be the same in your situation. We didn’t need to worry, they were brilliant with everything. We were sent a sample pack of colours to help us decide. We had several discussions (mainly with Sam) regarding our wants and requirements. We had a couple of changes towards fitting and this was no trouble at all.

We love the garden room and would recommend this as a perfect option for anyone wanting extra space. We ours is only a week old but so far we are very happy!

Very happy with my Sanctum studio. Great value for money, quick installation within a day, all very painless. It looks great. I opted for the smallest Hampton Studio, 2.4x2.4m because we have limited space, and it is a good internal space for a desk and shelves, or a yoga space.

I went for a Hampton 2.4m studio to be my outdoor office for our London flat and couldn't recommend Sanctum enough. The whol process from start to finish was pain-free and justified the decision we made to not even risk a DIY job.

The guys have me a quick text the night before to ask if they could install the base (very happy for them to), then they got her at 8.00am sharp the next morning. All done by 11.30am! Really nice guys who were extremely helpful with explaining how it all worked and trimming away any branches that could have been an issue with putting the studio up.

We looked at other options before choosing Sanctum. However, Sanctum's pricing structure and value for money swayed it. We liked the fact that the price was for the complete, ready to use unit, rather than essentials being add ons. The quality of the studio is great and the installation team were fantastic. Despite what many people think, Cornwall gets a lot of rain and on the day of installation it was horrendous. They just ploughed on through! It is obviously well insulated and lovely and cosy. So many of our friends have complimented us on the studio and asked for details.

Sanctum Garden Studios installed my Hampton garden office about 3 years ago and I couldn't he happier with the experience.

The team built the office arrived promptly on time and left just a few hours after with the office completely installed and ready to be used. All I had to do was decorating it and getting an electrician to connect it to our house circuit.

The studio is very well insulated, both in terms of temperature and noise, which is important as we like close to a train line. This studio really transformed our house and how we use it. It was definitely a great investment.

I highly recommend Sanctum Garden Studios to anyone looking to building a garden office or summer house.

Rarely leave reviews but these folks deserve one. Everything was fantastic and it honestly just left me wondering why more companies don't operate like Sanctum. Absolute breeze from the point of order to installation. They de-risked any issues with the installation early, so zero late hiccups. Impressively also leave the site spotless after installation. Absolute pleasure.

We are so pleased with our garden room. The team worked absurdly hard in two days to get it completed under some rain! The guys are so dedicated and the managers Sam and Gary were so helpful with all questions. The end product is stunning and we are truly enjoying it.

We are so pleased with our garden room. From first contact to the installation,everyone at Sanctum has been very helpful and professional. Ben and Tone who came to install the room worked tirelessly and we were surprised how quickly it was completed. They were both very friendly and polite. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sanctum. Electric has been connected today and we look forward to many happy hours relaxing in it.
