What customer care????
I have purchased items from sandbanks before without issue. However, my latest purchase and the customer care, or lack of, has left a little to be desired.
I purchased 2 items, 1 was too small and the other not to my taste. I therefore exchanged for a different size and ordered a different item to replace the other, they arrived no problem.
However, the replacement item was faulty. I followed the returns process and they accepted to exchange the item. This was all back in December and I am now still waiting. The customer care phoneline, never gets answered. I have been in email correspondence with Naomi and after admitting they are going to have to investigate where my returned faulty item is, I am currently over a week with radio silence, with still no item and out of pocket for over £200. Thank goodness it wasn’t one of the more expensive items like a coat, as I have seen one of the reviews saying they didn’t get their money back.
Really disappointing from this company as the quality of the products has always been good and with such a high profile owner, you’d think they’d have a reputation to uphold.
