I am writing this to warn the public about the highly unprofessional and hazardous conduct of this company.

A commercial van branded with "Sandhurst" (Registration: PE70 OXD) is consistently parked illegally on double yellow lines outside Crondall Court (N1), blocking traffic and critical emergency access routes for fire engines and ambulances.

Shockingly, staff members operating this company vehicle show complete disregard for the law and the local community. They openly smoke cannabis in the adjacent public park. This toxic drug smoke constantly drifts into nearby residential windows, causing local residents severe headaches and physical distress.

As a trade company handling safety-critical works like plumbing and maintenance, having employees who engage in drug use and block emergency lanes is incredibly dangerous. This raises serious questions about their work ethics, safety standards, and overall professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

I've waited many years to find a plumber as good as these guys. Prompt, friendly, efficient, skilled, and a thoroughly positive and can-do attitude. Very good administration too, with very clear and prompt communication and no abstract fuss. What a relief to find them.

Had work on the kitchen and bathroom a few years ago with Sandhurst, still not a problem. Needed an updated certificate for a boiler earlier this year. On time, stood with me explaining what he was doing. Was clean and efficient. Would I use again.....absolutely 👍

Sandhurst were reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to discuss details and collaborate. A complex and challenging project over three bathrooms and other areas of construction was handled with care and commitment and very good to excellent workmanship, Project management and programming was impressive, and costing fair and transparent. Overall a highly satisfactory collaboration.

After losing £150 in the Pimlico Plumbers call out scam charge, I was not only still in need of a plumber, but also determined not to be scammed again.
Sandhurst responded to my email promptly, asked for a full explanation and some photos/videos.
They made an appointment 3 days later and he arrived on time. No money had been taken before this.
The plumber was around 1-1.5 hours and finished the job. Everything works brilliantly. Excellent service, good fair prices and the job was successful. Excellent company
