Oplichterij

14 oktober 2 tracksuits besteld uit de 1+1 gratis actie uit de grote herfst sale. Ik kwam dit op TikTok tegen en leek me super leuk, dus meteen besteld en betaald. Het zou op 15 oktober verzonden moeten zijn maar heb tot vandaag nog steeds niks ontvangen. Site ligt eruit en is niet te bereiken. Mail gestuurd maar word niet verzonden en geblokkeerd. Echt oplichterij en ik ga hier aangifte tegen doen!

Beste klant,
Dit is niet de Trustpilot page waar u naar op zoek bent. Wij zijn Saneva-Amsterdam. Wij hebben al eerder e-mails gekregen van klanten die dit meemaken, maar dit is niet de juiste webshop. De webshop waar u hoogstwaarschijnlijk heeft besteld heet 'Senava.nl'. Wij hebben verschillende screenshots gekregen van klanten hierover. Wij, Saneva-Amsterdam verkopen geen tracksuits. Wij verzoeken daarom ook vriendelijk om uw review te verwijderen. Hoop dat alles goed komt!

Ook mijn bestelling niet ontvangen..
Zelfs nog geen track en trace ontvangen.
E-mails worden niet afgeleverd en website is niet meer actief.
Helaas wel betaald

Beste klant,
Wij zijn inderdaad inactief, en hebben onze checkout al een tijd uitgeschakeld. Ook adverteren wij al een poos niet meer. Wij hebben van verschillende klanten e-mails gekregen dat ze bij ons hebben besteld, maar wij zijn al voor meer dan een maand inactief. De store waar u waarschijnlijk hebt besteld heet ''Senava.nl' Daar zijn wij achter gekomen door klanten gestuurde screenshots. U heeft dus nooit bij ons besteld. Daarom verzoeken wij ook vriendelijk om uw review te verwijderen, want dit zijn wij niet.
