Do not order from Santi Vento.
After I received my order some items did not fit. Despite looking on the email and website I could not find a way to return these items. After a lot of hunting I finally found an email address and asked the question. I was asked to send photos and videos of the items to ensure they were eligible for the returns policy, which I did. Then only to be told they only accept returns on damaged items.
After many emails back and forth, they finally offered a 20% refund on my purchase, final offer - their words, not mine. Begrudgingly I accepted this as this was taking up too much of my time. This was agreed in June. It is now November and despite numerous emails, I have still not received this payment. I have reported them to trading standards.

Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this company! Full on scammers. Endless emails asking for a refund, to which they offer you a partial refund. After 100 emails, I agreed and haven’t even received even that. It’s been 4 months. They gaslight you and tell you it’s been submitted and to wait 7 working days each time. Feel so hopeless and frustrated that I’ve been scammed and there’s nothing I can do. How is it possible that companies can run like this. Save yourself the headache. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a dress from them, which arrived and was basically a rag of horrible material sewn together into what you could barely call a dress. I emailed them to return it - in line with their policy - clearly stated on their website and they said you could only return if it was faulty. I said it was as it was barely a dress...

I also tried to return it based on their 'right of withdrawal' policy on their website - the '30 day worry free return' which they said wasnt possible.
Eventually they offered me £10 back, and said I could keep the dress (!), I accepted this but have never received the £10.

Its a total scam website, they send out rubbish and you can never get your money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not use this company. Absolute scam, terrible quality clothes and shocking customer service. Been waiting 2 months for a refund, get the same email back. SCAM DO NOT USE.

Shocking company. They are absolutely scammers. My order has never arrived and they claim that my refund was processed over a month ago but I have never received my money back.

Zero stars. This is a joke of a company. Tried to order a dress for a wedding I was attending and it arrived over a month late. Quality was terrible and there were zero tags on the entire dress, not even sewn in ones, like it was made in someone’s basement with a home sewing machine. When I tried to return the dress since the event had passed by time it arrived anyway, it was an endless back-and-forth offer of partial refunds and every effort made to not allow a return. You have to take photos and videos to prove the item is in good condition, which I’ve never heard of a company asking their customers to do before. In the end I accepted a ridiculous offer of a 30% refund on my purchase, which was supposedly “processed” months ago and has yet to arrive in my account and at this point I pretty much guarantee it never will. This company is a SCAM.

They don’t hold up to their refund policy! They will just say 10% back. Also, this is basically buying off SHEIN but paying 10x more. Buy it from SHEIN and do yourselves the favour!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered 2 dresses, one failed to arrive. The other arrived late and was terrible quality. They are now charging me around £20 to return a £33 dress and refusing to answer straightforward questions over email. DO NOT order from this company

I have never known a company/ retailer quite like it in my life. I (stupidly) ordered a dress from here back in May to find that the dress was both incredibly poor quality and didn’t fit so I attempted to return for full refund. Firstly the lack of communication/ response from the customer support team was absolutely appalling taking up to a week at a time for just one email reply. Customer support requested photos/ videos of the item to ensure no damage which I found to be odd but I complied anyway. I was then told that I wouldn’t be receiving a full refund but rather a 20% refund and in exchange, I could keep the item. I tried to argue my case but kept getting fobbed off with various different excuses. I was then offered a 30% refund as a “goodwill gesture”. I felt I was fighting a losing battle so decided to accept the 30% offering. Fast forward 2 months and I am STILL waiting for said refund despite multiple emails harassing customer support. Avoid this company at ALL costs - they’re a bunch of scam artists stealing people’s money

To be honest, I would rate it zero I am still waiting for money back they still not give me the money back. They’ll only give me a percentage a lot of hard work to even try and get a percentage back. Had to take photos. Everything absolute nightmare. So still waiting even after lots of emails have gone to them .

Don’t buy there! It’s a scam! The products aren’t like the photos and are unwearable. Then they dont give you a refund even when you can prove faulty products.

Not even worth 1 star. Dresses are unwearable, ordered 5 dresses and they are all absolutely vile. Never seen anything so bad in my life. Plastic shopping bag are more appealing to wear in my opinion.

Clearly cheap copies of other brands dresses and uses their photos to make them look ‘luxury’. You’d find more luxury at your nearest public toilets.

Asked to return my order and get a refund. Because I refused to take photos to prove the dresses were unworn they offered to give me 10% refund and I won’t need to send them back. Still waiting for that refund and they are ignoring me several emails.

Poor quality items. Appalling customer service. My item took over a month to arrive and was too big. They refused to even provide an exchange for a smaller size and didn’t respond to my emails for weeks at a time. Now they’re refusing to provide a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Zero stars - this company is a scam and has figured out how to gain the system. Do not order from them. I received my dress more than a month later with no response to my emails. No option to return. Dress is poor quality. Wasn’t even able to dispute with my bank because they technically sent something. Ugh I’m a mom to 3 small children with not much money, this is such a shitty thing to do.

The worst company ever! No customer service whatsoever, they will not allow you to refund & return any items, they offer you a partial refund, then don’t even refund you anything. They are practically a mediocre company who do not want repeat customers they are a “one stop shop” for cheap quality clothing !

I waited over a month for my dress and even after emailing to query I never received any responses. Dress arrived and looked nothing like the photo. When trying to return it emails were few and far between. I requested my refund method and didn’t hear back from them for weeks. Still chasing up to get a refund now.
