Ordered our wedding bands here. Affordable and delivered very quickly. We needed to size them both up by 1/2 and Sarraf Jewelry was extremely helpful over the phone and email. We shipped them back (used Pirate Ship to buy the UPS 2 day shipping label, and total after adding insurance and signature required was only $28) and were only charged an additional $10 total by Sarraf for going up a half size.

We had a wonderful experience and Sarraf Jewelry removed so much stress from our wedding day!

We ordered two 18k gold "Comfort Fit" wedding bands and both didn't weigh what they were supposed to weigh. They say 'please allow a 5% plus or minus (which we know will always be minus. They may as say you ring will weigh 5% less than you paid for) allowance in ring weight" The 9.8 gram ring weighed 8.8 grams and the 3 gram ring weighed 2.4 grams. For a total of 1.6 grams less gold than we paid for. Thats roughly $272 in their favour.
Both rings had sharp edges which is anything but "comfort fit"
And for the record, when we asked for a refund and as to why both rings weighed what thet weighed they did not respond. Took about 2 weeks to get a refund.
I do not recommend them

Can someone for the love of god please tell me why a 4.5mm silver franco chain is over 1 grand.. I can get a 12 mm solid silver cuban chain on gusvilla for a lot cheaper if not roughly round the same price...

I purchased first time from sarraf back in about 2012, 2013, maybe even before, I can’t really remember it’s been awhile. This past year, 2024, came back due to their layaway option. It really helped me out to purchase the gold figaro chain for a gift. I chose the solid figaro over the larger looking hollow option. It was also 10k yellow. I haven’t actually weighed it because I can actually feel the weight of it so have no reason to not believe it weighs seven grams. It was shipped to me in Pa at end of my layaway schedule, received plenty of time before Xmas. Only issue with layaway I had was, recipient really wanted rose gold chain and I emailed about returning but couldn’t since the return window closed from getting the chain-to Xmas. But all was good, recipient wanted to keep anyway. I recently came back and started another layaway, for a rose gold chain, for Xmas 2025. So I was surprised to read the bad reviews on yelp. I have nothing bad to say about Sarraf. The chains I gifted from there years ago were very solid, not hollow options and they’re still beautiful. The recipient bought their own, very thin chains from shopping channels, as rose gold is hard to find, and those dental floss chains were at least half the cost, and they have all snapped in half. So I got their hint wishing they had a nice Saraf rose gold piece lol. Their prices are still reasonable as well even though gold is up near three thousand as I write this review. Haven’t checked yet today, but it could be slightly more.

Purchased the 14K Yellow Gold Solid Vikings Bangle Bracelet and was happily blown away at the construction of the bracelet.
I have to admit, I was a bit dubious when seeing the reviews of this company, but I decided to go ahead and purchase the solid Viking bracelet. Upon inspection the construction of the bracelet is well-made, and while there are minor flaws in the polishing you really have to hunt to see them. All in all, I am incredibly pleased with my purchase.

Second order with Sarraf, cannot criticize anything….this jeweller is.fantastic . I will start there for all my jewelry needs…

This is the fourth bracelet I’ve purchased through Sarraf. Always arrives on time, the price is exceptional. I do shop jewelry, so I know a great deal.

Ordered a gold ring. Took a couple of days to ship out, email answered quickly by customer service. Very nice ring, good price, good service.
