Avoid buying from them!! I have sent emails without response! Finally managed to speak to someone Promised VAT invoice to be sent to myself that day!! More @mails sent with no response . Terrible service

Don't use this company. I purchased a satellite from the Satshop. They took my money, but no Satellite was delivered. I have left messages, tried to call the help line, but have had no reply. They have scammed me.

Avoid this company!!! Dishonest and unreliable!!! Purchased satellite receiver and didn't receive it. I am going to report this fraud.

Ordered Triax tri-link modulator. Chased up order after 1 week when I heard nothing about order bring despatched. Company said they would check but never got back to me despite further requests for information.

I ordered an LNB from this business. Cost GBP35 plus 6 for handling.
I immediately received an acknowledgement of the order.
Since then, now two weeks, I have heard nothing.
I have sent two emails and left a telephone message on some answer machine, but no response.
