Same problems as everyone else

It's been over 16 months since I placed my order, a year since I requested a refund after it became clear the item was never coming, and 13 months since I've received any kind of reply or acknowledgement from the owner, despite my repeated efforts to make contact and despite his continued posting on Facebook. I still have not received a refund. It seems like the owner is a very immature person who thinks nothing is ever his fault and can't take accountability, and takes offense at the reasonable expectations of customers to either receive the item(s) they've paid for, or receive a refund, and not wait a year or more to get anything. Unfortunate experience, would not recommend.

Thief/Con Artist

Mike and his store are an absolute joke. He's a crappy human being with constant excuses. Now it's gotten to the point where he won't even read Facebook messages. Just flat out ignores you. I've been messaging him for months with NO REPLY or acknowledgment. He's "mailed" my stuff several times, yet SOMEHOW it gets "mailed back to him." USE ANOTHER POST OFFICE THEN OR FEDEX! He even has an ENTIRE FB post saying to email him for a way to get your money back and it's full of people complaining that they didn't get their stuff nor are they getting their money back. He's incompetent and utter garbage. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. Shady AF.

RIP OFF - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

You will NEVER receive your items or a refund. You will be fed excuse after excuse and missed ship date after missed ship date. Been dealing with these con artists for months and still no items shipped or money given back. Have been very patient and polite in my communications and am not given so much as an apology. Just lots of excuses as to why they can't simply GIVE THE BOX to the USPS even though the label and tracking number was printed a full month ago. Don't think I will ever receive my items or money back. If you can't handle running a business and delivering what customers are paying you to, then you have NO BUSINESS running a store!!!

Here is an entire thread of people who have had the same experience. If you're lucky and don't mind waiting the better part of a year there is a small chance they might get your order shipped. But obviously this is not an isolated or recent incident. These posts are from 8 months ago.

After a bit of a hickup, things are back to normal, and I would have no issues recommending Saturday Mornings to my friends.

Saturday Mornings is a great place to get nerdy collectibles!

As many people seem to think Mike is a jerk or whatever, I've never seen that side of him. I feel like you must put in what you take. I understand he has had many issues with vendors, but bottom line is he does ship products and he does it well. I've had nothing but great experiences with Saturday Mornings. Sure it takes a while to get things, but he is a one man show and definitely not a big box store. If you want a big box store experience or want things first then I suggest you go to the big box retail stores. I support small business way more than big box. I prefer the care put in to the product. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Saturday Mornings in the future and can't wait to see what 2018 brings.

Awesome company!

Great company. For being a small toy shop retailer, the owner does put quality before quantity. Just like any small to mid size business, Saturday Mornings had some hiccups getting stock from the big companies. But the customer service was always courteous and honest. Always offered full refund at any time.

Mike is a great guy

Mike is a great guy, purchased an animal crossing plush from him for my girlfriend and he messaged me saying he actually didn't have it. So he sent me the entire set instead. 9 goddamn plushies compared to the one I wanted. Great dude.

Great site, lots of inventory to choose from and at great prices! Owner is a good guy that personally handles any issues if any should ever arise!

Worst. Toy Store. Ever.

I wish there was a lower rating than a single star. 9 months of excuses ranging from :"Oh the supplier won't ship my order" to "I'm too depressed to ship today." I've never heard a grown man have more excuses than a kid as to why something didn't get done and how its everyone's fault but his. Avoid at all costs.

We've had issues with distribution, I ordered what you had on order from another distributor, you decided to blow up the Facebook page throwing a temper tantrum until I finally said it wasn't coming and force you to give me your PayPal information for a manual refund.

As for saying "I'm too depressed to ship today" You're full of it. I made -A- post talking to customers about personal issues that affected myself and the store, it's unfair to use that here to try and sway someones decision.

This is the worse online store I have ever dealt with. If took him 5 month to get me a tracking number for my order. 1 month to refund the missing items, I had to contact him 4 time to get that done. It turns out he would rather refund your purchase than actually drop the package off at the post office. I asked him when he was going to be dropping the package off at the post office after 2 weeks had passed and he refunded me my money. I think he is a scammed.

Excellent service

It doesn't matter what your order is. Anything from one small item or a game to a big lot everything is packed just the way a collector would want and shipped exactly when you want it. Prices are exactly what your looking for. Will continue to buy from this store.
