I emailed to enquire what was happening with my order... Apparently they had emailed me (they definitely hadn't!) to say that my item was no longer available and they had refunded me. The email was shocking, very bad English... If this is a legit company, I'll eat my hat! Do not use, wish I'd seen the reviews first!

Having read some of the reviews here I decided to do a bit of digging for myself. As others have said, their phone number is a premium rate line to a Furniture Company, they have no email listed and their stock isnMt reflected accurately. I chatted with the online advisor and it just doesn’t seem legit. I did a check on companies house and a similar looking company came up with a different address and showing as dissolved. I do not trust this company.

Their stock does not match what is available online, their contact number does not reach the shop, instead it reaches a furniture companies answer phone, and the number is premium rate at 65p per minute. I wouldn’t trust purchasing anything from these people.

They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, not even through the website.

Unreal order sunglasses off the web site just to get a refund saying out of stock,so ordered another pair same again out of stock refund given,so ordered a different pair and guess what the same again refund given,what is going on!!!!!
