I have the saunabox Pulse Pro and all I can say is DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

It will NEVER reach the max 160 degrees, so them advertising that is a blatant lie.

The battery in the remote is a cheap piece of junk. My remote turns off 10 seconds after I turn it on, even though it’s fully charged.

Their support team is terrible. I explained the problem, then they replied with send a pic of the remote. After sending a pic, they asked for a video. After sending a video of the remote problem, they stopped answering.

the product probably cost them NOTHING to make compared to the price they sell it for. Can not stress enough that u should just look elsewhere for a sauna.

ALSO find it comical that u can’t leave a review on their website, yet they claim to have a 4.6 rating. once again, DO NOT BUY

Far exceeded my expectations

I received my SaunaBox Solara and have to say this thing is absolutely stellar. The quality of the materials far exceeded my expectations for sure. Whoever designed this is an absolute genius. I set it up myself in less than 30 minutes and the parts fit together like a glove. All the components are clearly labeled and went together exactly as described. Having the included Bluetooth speaker is a great added feature and makes the experience even better. After my first sauna and red light therapy sessions I can say that I am absolutely hooked and grateful that I chose SaunaBox Solara to start my infrared sauna journey.

warranty problems

On January 15, 2026, I purchased a SaunaBox Pulse Pro. After only a few days of using the product, I noticed it was not performing as expected. This prompted me to reach out to SaunaBox customer service for assistance.
After conducting tests with the support team, it was determined that one of the heating panels was faulty. On February 12, 2026, SaunaBox informed me that a replacement panel would be shipped to resolve the issue.
As of today, April 8, 2026—almost two months since the initial promise—I have yet to receive the replacement panel. Each time I contact SaunaBox, I am met only with excuses and no concrete solutions.
Warranty Concerns
Based on this experience, I advise potential buyers to be cautious. SaunaBox does not appear to stand behind their products or honor the warranty promises they make.

I really enjoy using this product. I think is high-quality and will recommend it to everyone and anyone who would like to use a home sauna.

Nicole at SaunaBox was excellent.

Nicole at SaunaBox was excellent to work with during my purchase of the Solara. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all, just available to answer questions and provide clear information when I needed it. Made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Update 1) Company (Customer Service) will not honor a price reduction on their product that occurred within a day of ordering. They claim my promo code can’t be combined with their new sale when that isn’t the case. I sent them a picture of a new checkout screen with my promo code clearly working with their new pricing. For this, they have lost a star. I will continue updating throughout the process.

Update 2) Partial refund applied for price reduction. Shipping update. Order placed 4/3, loaded on truck 4/9, shipped out 4/10, arrived at and currently sitting at local warehouse as of today 4/13. Waiting for call to schedule delivery. There’s has been excellent communication so far throughout the process. Back to 5 stars after price resolution.

I received our saunabox about a month…

I received our saunabox about a month ago. It didn’t work from setup. I reached out to email support and went back and forth with delays on their end and did all the troubleshooting things they asked. It was super frustrating waiting on their responses. Finally they said they would send out replacement electronics in 1 to 2 days that was a week ago. I have reached out numerous times and no response. We payed alot of money and don’t have a working product . Waste of my time they need a human support team.

I own the Sanabox Pulse Pro and had some issues with faulty components only a few months after purchasing. I reached out and couldn’t have been helped by a nicer representative from your company! Nicolas Zapata was extremely compassionate, understanding and helpful with getting everything squared away and made right ASAP with a replacement order. An employee this great is hard to come by, especially these days, and Saunabox should consider themselves EXTREMELY lucky for having such a professional representative!! 5 out of 5 stars!! If I could, I would give him 100 stars!! Highly recommend due to such a great customer service experience and for their innovative products. If looking for a great sauna company with the proper customer support to back it up, look no further!

Awful buying experience and even worse unboxing. Shipping was delayed multiple times (didn't receive my order until at least 30 days after it was supposed to come in). Once it arrived? Several broken pieces inside the package and a glass door COMPLETELY SMASHED to pieces inside the box. Now I have boxes and pieces of the sauna all over my garage.

DONT BUY Support Horrible

I wanted to love SaunaBox, but this has been one of the most frustrating product experiences I’ve had.
My first unit failed after about 5 months. I decided to give them another chance and even upgraded to a newer model, only for that one to break in just 4 months. That’s not even half of a reasonable lifespan, let alone making it through a warranty period.
What’s worse is the complete lack of support. Instead of actually troubleshooting or honoring a warranty repair, I’ve been given the runaround and told that chargers I didn’t even receive from them are somehow the problem. No real help, no accountability, just deflection.
If you’re charging premium prices, your product needs to last and your support needs to stand behind it. Right now, SaunaBox is failing on both.
At this point, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Between repeated product failures and unhelpful support, it feels like things are going downhill fast.
If this isn’t resolved, I will be escalating this further through additional review platforms and formal complaints, as this experience has not met basic expectations for a product at this price point.

Update - they sent me one that works!

Saunabox responded to my review and sent me a new Saunabox Pulse Pro IR Sauna with red light no charge, which I absolutely did not expect. The product has definitely been improved and is much easier to assemble, and both the electronics and remote have been improved. This one works! It takes 10-15 minutes to start getting warm but we are using it and enjoying it so far. I’ll submit a longer term review after we’ve had it a few months but this is much better than before.

Original review:
Do not buy from Saunabox! Ordered a Saunabox IR sauna and it didn’t work. Customer Service can only be contacted via email and is very slow. Took about a month to get a new remote and the sauna still would not turn on. It’s a design flaw that it only can be turned on with a remote that has to pair via Bluetooth and the pairing always failed. Then they wanted me to sign a return form acknowledging I wouldn’t get my money back because it had been over 30 days! Thank goodness I had bought with a credit card I went through them and got the charge refunded.

I never considered a sauna before

I never considered a sauna before. It just seemed like something I wouldn’t be interested in. But Saunabox caught my eye, and for the price, I thought I would give it a try. I got the package with the red light and plunge box. I work out six days a week and being in my 60’s now, that can take a toll. I fired it up, jump in there and wow, what a way to restore my body! No need in the winter here, so I only have to step outside for a “cold plunge”! I will do the cold plunge again in the summer. I’ve had my sauna for six months, it has run perfectly, my aches and pains from workouts are gone and I feel great. If you can get one of these, you have to try it. Saunabox made me a believer!

Really appreciate this company

Really appreciate this company. I ordered a sauna prematurely and wanted to wait till a later time they refunded me immediately. So many times when you go to cancel an order with other companies they make you jump through so many hopes and make it so hard to process. This is not that company, with that they gained my trust I’m ordering the one I really need today!!

I have an original version of the sauna…

I have an original version of the sauna box from over a year ago. I use it heavily (4-5 times a week) throughout the entire year. I’ve always taken care of the entire kit, from wiping down the inside to emptying and cleaning and drying the steamer everytime I use it. I also use fresh distilled water each time. Well about a week ago the steamer started smoking. Could have been really bad had I been inside the canopy. Anyhow, I reached out to the team and they without hesitation gave me a replacement machine. It’s part of my daily routine and cannot wait to get the new one in. The customer service was fantastic in taking care of an issue for me. Highly recommend!!

Worst Company ever..took the order 6 weeks back still waiting for the product. I Quote them after 4 weeks that they are still waiting for the product. Why would ypu take the order atbthr first place that is my question.Please never buy anything from them.

Great customer service

I sent an inquiry to find out why I had not yet received my order. They apologized immediately and explained the delay, accepting total responsibility. I was impressed by that alone.But to my surprise, I was a offered a credit for my inconvenience. The experience was atypical of what I have become used to with the customer service of various companies, who frequently have an attitude of "yeah so what". It was truly refreshing, they could teach other companies the standard of care that a buyer should expect. Well Done!!! And thanks again for the excellent customer service.
