I had lots of questions about which sauna heater to buy and if i could switch between natural gas and LP. The Saunakits customer service rep was super helpful in answering questions and even went to the manufacturer to get a parts kits so i could swap back and forth.
They work fast
Very profesional, Ez from sauna kits help me about one mistake they did and she fixed it very fast, I receive my package in less than 3 days even tho I was in a hurry. I would shop here again.

One of the heating elements in the Harvia Virta heater I purchased stopped working within a few months. Krizza and the SaunaKits team were patient and helpful, walking me through possible root causes. Once we found the root cause, they shared instructions for how to fix it.
Turned out to be a mistake by the electrician during the initial installation, but was easy to fix.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I spent weeks researching outdoor saunas for a mountain property at nearly 9,000 ft elevation — not a straightforward project — and John at SaunaKits was genuinely the most knowledgeable person I spoke with throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand the specific requirements (altitude, capacity, sightlines, heater sizing) and guided me to the right unit without ever feeling like I was being upsold.
The SaunaLife CL7G exceeded expectations. Full glass front, two opposing benches with real 6-person capacity, over 7 feet of headroom — everything as described. Shipping was well-organized and the assembly was straightforward enough for our GC to handle in a couple of days.
If you're looking for a vendor who actually knows their product and will take the time to get the spec right for your situation, SaunaKits is the one. Highly recommend.

The best way to describe my experience with SaunaKits would be: Seamless and Satisfying. From the moment that I started searching for Saunas on the internet I found SaunaKits to stand out above the competition. Their website was easy to navigate and extremely informative. Their on-line chat worked easily and without any pressure or sales tactics. Once my initial inquiry and order was placed, I was guided through the details by their on-line staff and further by an actual phone conversation. All along the way they were helpful and informative without being pushy. However, they shined the most after my initial order was finalized. One of their staff, named Krizza contacted me to make sure I did not have any additional questions. I talked with him about my concerns on delivery (I live on a remote mountain road with gated access and deliveries can be a slight challenge). He noted my concerns and issues and followed up with me multiple times all along the way to insure that my order was handled correctly and delivered in a manner that allowed everything to flow seamlessly. In the end, I was super impressed with their care and concern, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Sauna.
