Its been accuse after accuse and lies all over with them then blocked on live chat
In the hands of a solicitor now

I won 1.800€ and im waiting for deposit since 13.03.25. Scam!

Worse than a 1 star... been waiting since 15th March 2025 for £300 & still waiting they continue to say they will email & nothing...no winnings, no email & no contact available for a manager...

Absolute scam, happy to take deposit but don't pay out requested withdrawal and just reply automated messages when contacting. Absolutely criminal

Deposited and got the free bonus spent days to meet wagering- met it and withdrew £360.00 on March 11th everytime I go to live chat I am told they have a high volume atm and is delays and will process it as soon as they can- What casino takes so long to release funds- Most are done same day- wish I read reviews before going on this site- I would love to know if any of the old reviews ever got their money- If I receive mine I will update the review,

Been waiting since 5th January for a withdrawal. Was told up to 21days and still nothing. Are not replying to emails and on chat just say they will email finance department to chase up but nothing changes. UPDATE It is now the 30th April and I have still not received this. FURTHER UPDATE - After waiting for 6 months I cancelled my withdrawal and tried it again using a different withdrawal method, I still didn't hear anything back until 3rd July when I received an email from a rep following up to check I had received my winnings, I confirmed I hadn't and the rep cancelled the withdrawal on their end and advised me to try again and it has now worked and I have received the £400 into my bank account today.

Scam site.sister company of SPICY JACKPOTS. Bet win NV ,lava entertainment. Massive scam.do not pay out!

Requested a withdrawal of £870 on 20/10/24, we are now on 13/12/2024 and I have received nothing!! I deposited and played with my own money too may I add and now I am blocked off the chat and my emails are ignored! They have absolutely no heart for anyone but their selfs, disgusting how they are still even getting away with this to this day?!

Customer service is very rude unhelpful..

casino is a fake casino do a charge back from bank that’s what I’ve done scam scam scam

Would give zero stars if I could, this is a Scam site,Have tried closing account to be told to email, have emailed numerous times and get no reponse.Totally irresponsible site.

Disgusting avoid ,avoid ,avoid do not deposit money, owed £700 for 2 months ,no reply no customer support !!want to make fellow.casino players do.not.make the same mistake!!Fraudeleant SCAM ,hope whoever is behind it meets their Karma!!

Do not use this site. I made a request to withdraw £100 almost a month ago and still no money. When I speak to chat they are either rude or just give me some nonsense about how it takes time to process withdrawals. I recommend sites like freshbet as they always pay out, usually on the next working day.

Wish I read reviews before playing on this very dodgy site . I joined got 400 percent bonus wow , played with 125 pounds . You can't withdraw funds until you played the required wagering . Well I got to £1345 pounds . Then boom everything changed . Played Bigbass 400 spins at 80p spin not one feature nothing , played other games there where the same kept losing . Well you know what happened I spent 3 days trying to turn bonus funds into money . I end up with zero and also needed to play another 2045 wage req . They are fake and fraud . I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to to leave a comment

Avoid at all costs!!!

Got a bonus on 40p spins! Went to click continue then the game reloaded and I lost my bonus. When I reported it they said we are making an official complaint and they will be in contact soon via email when I asked for a update they said we have no time frame and since you have no additional information to add they banned me off the chat!

A bunch of frauds. Not all of my wins were reflected against my balance. The closer you get to the withdrawal limit, the less they will record your true balance. And they do not respond to emails. I requested to self exclude and to be removed from their mailing list 10 days ago. But they continued to email me. And then I deposited again not realizing they were the ones I requested to close my account. STAY AWAY.

Worst casino I've ever played. They don't pay out wins. Stay away!

Terrible casino no wins whatsoever, be better of playing free play as you won't win with this lot stay well clear 🤬
