Fast shipping and seems like a durable and practical solution for people proned to choking. Just wish it had instructions on removing the face masks, had to google it. Like others, gave a good review but not excellent, only because I hope I never have to use it.

Product doesn't work as advertised. I expressed my dissatification and requested to return item and receive a refund. They keep asking me to test the product and rate my experience which I do, but never receive a response. Now they have ghosted me and won't respond. Stay away from them!

SaveLix for the peace of Mind your prepared
My spouse recently renewed his CPR CERTIFICATION And it seemed like a great reminder of how often people can have choking hazards, and need assistance. You’re very blessed to have lots of grandchildren that frequently visit our home and the SaveLix Device has just Brought added reassurance that we are prepared if we have an emergency. Website made it quite easy to order and was very quick to be delivered. Tracking numbers provided along the route. We would highly recommend this product for parents, grandparents Or any caregivers for children and adults, especially elderly. A small monetary investment for peace of mind.

Placed order for two Savelix devices…
Placed order for two Savelix devices middle of August. Shipped to me in three days but my local post office carrier put in wrong mailbox. Since I didn't receive order, called Safelix and they agreed to check problem of delivery and in mean time, send me a replacement order. Post office recently located first order and sent to me. Today, second order came in and I called Safelix to let them know I had received it. Offered to return it to them. Couldn't ask for better service or attention to my problem.

I ordered the SaveLix product for anti choking
I ordered the SaveLix product for anti-choking. Initially I ordered two devices for $122.47 and an offer came through for another three devices for $114.99 which I really didn’t want but somehow ended up spending $237.46 for five of them. There was no place to cancel the $114.99. Just be careful if you do order it online from an advertisement do be careful what you check because probably two units would be sufficient unless you have several people who could use them. Each one does have information on what to do and would work for an adult or a child.

I went to the website to order ONE and it demanded I buy many
I went to the website to order ONE device. I put in my credit card number and tried to order it. The website became insistent that I order more. It would not let me complete my transaction without ordering more. I declined. Then it told me it would send me a second device without charge. I accepted. Unfortunately, that was not sufficient. The website continued to insist I buy more devices. I refused and left the website.I never completed my transaction. Ten minutes later there were two charges on my credit card account, one for $74.06 and the other for $82.30. I have reported these transactions to my credit card company and sent 2 emails to SaveLix customer service to cancel the transactions. I don't know if the transactions will be canceled, but I have proof I tried to do so. And the website is consumer unfriendly. It won't let you leave until you buy numerous devices., I will not do business with such a company.
The company wrote me back the same day and said it would cancel the order. I will report if that happens. However, the website's insistence you stay and buy more is concerning. It's as if you are trapped until you bend a knee and buy 4 devices when all you wanted was 1..
RESPONSE TO SAVELIX: I was not charged. However, there is now another complaint from someone who was also unable to check out without difficulty. The other person was also charged for multiple unwanted devices. The website does not easily let you buy just one. Too bad this company hasn't stated that it has changed its ways.

I pray no one needs to use it,but looks easy to use if needed
I pray I or any one else in my family I am giving this to will never have to use it. It came very quickly and looks sturdy and feels sturdy.I haven’t actually taken it out of the plastic wrapping. I guess I should do that to check it out better. But.good to know there is 2 in our house if needed. Also I will be giving one to my son and daughter when I see them. They live about 4 hours away, but my son is coming here soon. I will make sure he gets one and gives the other to his sister.

I am alone and decided to purchase the SaveLix not just for myself but my 3 other sisters and 2 nieces. We aren't always in the company of other people when our lives are in danger. I hope no one ever needs to use the SaveLix but it is there should the need arise. I feel better not only for myself but other members of my family.

The ordering process was seamless
The ordering process was seamless, and the package came in a reasonable amount of time and was well packaged. I live by myself and having a device which can save my life is comforting. I tried the mask and found it to have a good seal. I feel comfortable using the device and have full confidence that it will work if the time comes I have a need to use it.
