I'm a new prepper. I ordered the product to have in my possession if needed. I have not used the product. Packaging is great, the product arrived in a timely manner.

The product design and the inclusion of both adult and child-size masks is great. It is a comfort to have the device readily available to potentially provide an additional chance at saving a life during choking emergencies

Thankfully I haven't had to use it yet. But I choke often, plus I have my grandchildren over to see me often. I have it close by in my kitchen and ready to use.

The mask fits great. When I tried the suction it definitely seems like it will remove blockage.

Well I haven't had to use it yet, but I bought it because I thought it is a great idea that could save a life! Thank you!

Customer service is STELLAR. I accidentally ordered an extra device and was trying to return it, so I was going back and forth with Nikki via email. I tried to reject the delivery with a very clear note, but the mailman decided to ignore that, so the device never went back to the manufacturer. Nikki was so kind and patient during the process and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience overall. And I don’t mean to sound like an old hag, but it was very nice to communicate with a real human being rather than some automated system that makes me want to poke my eyeballs out. :)

Feel much safer with the device in my house with my grandson here and elderly mom here love that it comes with 2 size masks

I have already sent a reply and received a return comment. I stated in the first return that the item appears to be soundly made. I have not needed to actually use the item.

The SaveLix device is cheap enough for everyone to afford. I haven't had to use it, but the suction should be enough to be effective for clearing a blocked airway.

While eating my microwaved chicken marsala at work, some of it got lodged in my airway. I could not talk and could not breathe. I stood up and motioned to a colleague that I was choking. It took hime 5 agonnizing seconds before he stood behind me to Heimlich me. Before he could try, the food dislodged with a massive burp. Relief. But I vowed to be prepared.

When it came I tried out the Savelix. Seal was good over my face even though I sport a full beard. The suction appears to be sufficient to pull an obstruction out of the airway.

Shipping takes a long time.

I ordered one item, got 4. You charged me for 4, you charged my account for the extra items without getting my permission. I got the items today, no return info. I read the review, now I don't want the one you charge me. I want a refund for all 4. I got the items today, 1/6/26. You charge my account 12/18/26, I could not figure out why my bill was so high. I have requested items be disputed, also. the items are of poor quality. Items were shipped from China, I would not have ordered the first item. I am a 76 year old senior, and feel I have been ripped off, after reading the reviews. I just want a refund for my order and the additional 3 I did not request but you charged my account. I did not give you permission to take money from my account to pay for items I did not request

Very well made I believe it will save your life when needed

I can’t rate is a 5 because thankfully I haven’t had to use it and I hope I never have to. It’s comforting to know I have something to help me. The product looks good and I hope it works , if and when I need it.

It came finally after 5 to 6 weeks after ordered. It was annoying. Anyway, I used Immediately. No suction power! None! Zero! I check the product again and again. It was not a broken roduct. This is the way it was made. It means this product is a big scam. They make a good sales video. But their sale point was too good to be true after all. So I went to consumer report on Trustpilot. Many people wrote this company is a scam. Plus, some other customer wrote Savelix makes unauthorized withdrawing from customers. It sounds awful.
We need to report Savelix to BBB and protect customers. Now I learned that I have to check consumer report on Trustcpilot first before order anything.

The idea is sound and the order arrived as promised. I would give it 5 stars, but I don't know anyone who has had personal a experience with the successful use of this product. You will understand when I say I hope I never do, but I have it in case we need it and I appreciate that.

I purchased two of your SaveLix anti chocking devices because I have chewing problems associated with Parkinson’s. I like that they can be used by myself. So I have one in the bedroom one in the kitchen.
Thankfully I have not had to use them yet. It’s comforting to know we have these life saving devices.

Knowing that if I need it I can use it, it’s simple. I hope I never have to use it but I can use it.
