Great service! Husband very happy to have his Bose headphone back in perfect working order. Kept up to date with progress and with posting and repairs only took around 2 weeks. Would highly recommend

My son has a gamni series 5 watch couldnt getvit serviced or battery replacement with manufacturer only offer was money off a new model but out of his price bracket
Seen this company advertised paid for battery replacement up front sent it off on Friday got it back Tuesday so a really speedy service
My only recommendation to the company would be if they attached a note to say the battery was replaced and appears in good working order otherwise a great service

No problem with the service my Bose mini bluetooth speaker now works great only issue was with communication.... could have emailed when it would be returned but that is a really minor issue so happy enough

They were able to replace the rechargeable batteries in my Sony earbuds. They were a few years old but were rated best but by what-hi and weren’t cheap so I didn’t want to throw them away but they’d last about half an hour before dying. That’s all fixed now. Thanks!

Fab service! I thought my very well loved sony wh1000-m4's were done for when the hinge broke, but I am delighted that they are now fixed after 3 years of constant wear. The repair was completed a little after seven working days, and arrived back very quickly afterwards.

Fantastic! One pair of Bose headphones repaired and fully working. (Shame on Bose for their appalling lack of support - they won't repair NR700 headphones and simply give you the option to buy another pair... )

BUT SaveMyDevice have sorted them out! It was simple to select the repair from the drop down lists for product/brand/issue on their website, pay and sent them off.

I was concerned I might be getting a notification to say they were unrepairable, (but even if this had been the case, the charge to cover diagnostics in event of them being unrepairable was reasonable, so was prepared to risk this outcome) but am delighted to have received a fully working, repaired pair of headphones in post yesterday. Thank you!

Leo repaired my watch and returned it very quickly. Communications via both telephone and email were prompt and very helpful. The email updates as to progress were most welcome.

After many years of service my Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds batteries wouldn't hold a charge, giving me a low battery warning after 20 minutes. Not wanting to spend for a new pair I looked at more budget models until I came across this company. Deciding to take a risk I sent them off for new batteries to be fitted. They came back promptly and are like new again. The only slight negative was I couldn't track them on their site, but this was minor and I'm really happy with the service I received.

I thought my earphones were for the bin but having found 'SaveMyDevice' online, and it being supported by positive Trustpilot reviews, I sent them off for repair. I was impressed with both the service and speed of the repair and return of the earphones. I expected to be charged additional fees but was told this was not needed. Very impressive service and I will recommend and use again!

The port on my fire stick had been ripped and become loose. I took it to them and it was fixed within a few days and as good as new.

If you have any issues with your fire stick definitely take it to them.

My Bose headphones broke but were out of warranty after just a year and when I rang Bose asking for a repair they didn’t offer repairs and wanted me to buy a new like for-like pair from them for £300! Save My Device were professional, thorough and prompt with their service. Repaired them for a quarter of the cost. I would highly recommend them.
