faulty product, worse customer service

We received a faulty hat, the letters are peeling off. My husband loves the hat itself but we just wanted a replacement. I emailed customer service an obscene amount of times without resolution. Also reached out via social media.

Insanely Unprofessional; Never Received my Order

I placed my order on 01/27/2024 for the Sasuke and Naruto Sherpa Jackets and I have never received them. I messaged them multiple times through email and Instagram. In the span of almost 5 months, they only replied once to me, which was on Instagram, on 03/25/2024. They said they would "look into this", but communication became radio silent after that.

After another two months, I filed with my bank to get my money back. My bank said they would try to reach out to Saviour to get their side of the story of why I never received my items. Only after I did this, did I surprisingly get a shipping update. However, when the package arrived, they were completely different items. They sent me an Attack on Titan and One Piece hoodie. Far different from what I ordered.

I fully think this company is a scam. They wait for customers to file a refund with their bank to pay them back, and then they keep whatever money you sent them. This shop needs to be reported immediately. Avoid Saviour at all costs.

Trustworthy and reasonable

Finally. A trustworthy online business. I purchased their Sherpa and a hoodie which allowed me to get free shipping. Luckily, I bought during a sale which was buy a sherpa and get anything 50% off. The quality is clearly high and you get more than what you pay for. The sherpa can be used in the winter over here in Chicago so it has multiple advantages. Shipping and service wise, I received the clothes fast and they came exactly how the size chart said. Definitely will purchase from their future drops.

This is a scam

This is a scam. When you process your order they’ll give you an order number but they never update you with a tracking number. I emailed them about my tracking number and all three emails get the same response saying the order is in process. I emailed them over the course of six weeks. Finally, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. They emailed back saying my order was ready to ship and that I would get a tracking number shortly. Two weeks later I still didn’t have the tracking number and nothing in qn mail. Do not order from this site. Most companies do not charge your account until they have shipped your item. SAVIOUR automatically charged my account and never sent anything. They are a SCAM.

The colors and the quality

The quality, attention to detail, and colors are all amazing. This is where I get all my anime merch and probably get a compliment once a day. Being a small company the products may take about a month to get to you, but they’re more than more the wait highly recommend!

Almost Everything Went Wrong - Customer Service

This was a 2 month ordeal so apologies in advance for the long read. I ordered 4 sweatshirts on 9/26 and received them on 11/27. They made it clear that it was a small business, and I like to support small businesses. However, in no way, shape, or form did they ever give me a heads up that processing/production, shipping, and delivery would take 2 months. I received no emails with any updates until my order shipped. I left a comment on one of their Instagram posts on 10/3 asking about my order and they DM'd me asking me to delete my comment and then asking what my order number is to give me an update. They told me the sweatshirts were in production - ok, no problem. Deleted my comment with no issue. I reached out to them through Instagram DM on 10/17 to ask if there were any updates and told them I had concerns about how I thought I may be getting scammed. They said the sweatshirts were still in production and their orders from August had just shipped and September orders were in production. I messaged them again on 11/8 asking if there was an update. They sent me a blanket DM and said that all October orders had shipped. I messaged back and said October shipped but what about September since I ordered in September. They told me that October is in production - contradicting, but alright. They told me on 11/10 that my order would arrive the following week although it didn't (arrived 11/27). I reached out on 11/16 telling them I haven't gotten any shipping updates (please keep in mind I hadn't gotten a single email update). They DM'd be back telling me to be patient and "messaging them everyday isn't changing the fact that the shipment was in transit lol". I wish I could post the pictures of the conversation to be honest. I messaged them 4 times over the course of 2 months - I personally wouldn't call that everyday, but maybe their definition is different. The sweatshirts also arrived with tape around them - that was it, which was super odd. I wish they would have put a fair warning on their website before buying that processing/production to delivery could take up to "x" amount of days-weeks. The lack of communication, professionalism, and updates were very unsettling. Sweatshirts are of great quality though - I'll give them that. Nice colors, great designs, thick material, awesome embroidery. It's really hard to find places that do embroidery of anime. Very affordable as well - I got the sweatshirts on a BOGO 50% and I believe the original price was cut in half too. Came out to $157. But, most likely will not buy from them again though based solely off my interactions with them.
