Over the last few years I have purchased several charms from Sayers to give my granddaughters for their bracelets. The charms are good value and exactly as described online. Delivery has always been prompt and the charms have arrived in good condition. Cufflinks ordered as a gift 12pm Friday, with the help of an assistant who knew his or her products. I amended detail of engraving at 2pm with same friendly and helpful online assistant. Cufflinks arrived 24 hrs later, today (Saturday), exactly as described, perfectly engraved. Amazing service.

I have just received the 9ct Gold Swift Charm bought for my granddaughter who is a Taylor Swift fan. It is lovely & remarkably well detailed for a small charm. It arrived quickly in a little presentation box. I am delighted & I am sure she will be too.

I ordered a lovely large ingot with st. Christopher imprinted it looked amazing In the box do I wrapped it up for my husband’s birthday. When my husband took the chain out of the box to put it on the Ingot fell to the floor,
The link had not been closed properly and all that was left was the chain around his neck - NOT IMPRESSED

I purchased an engraved heart clip on charm for a new bracelet, the charm was far too small, it was smaller than a 5p coin, the clasp doesn't fit on anything. I asked for a refund but was denied this. Paid £53 for something I can't use. I was offered an exchange but all the charms are too small. Perhaps Sayers can show a selection for me to select from? If I can exchange and I am satisfied then I can change the Star rating. I took a photo of my new bracelet, the heart charm and a 5p coin but can't upload this

I bought a small gold heart from Sayers London with the option to have it engraved which I did, it was dispatched and beautifully engraved very quickly would definitely recommend this company.

Great range to choose from, my daughter had requested a 4 photo locket and I found exactly the one she described. Ordering was easy, communication from Sayers was fantastic. The Locket arrived very quickly, well packaged. Opened it just to check and the Locket is a good size, well made and just as described on the website. I am really pleased with the service I received and I am sure my daughter will love her Christmas present.
