Great upcoming business, reasonably priced. They offer a landline diversion option at no extra cost which is something our business needed and couldn’t find elsewhere. Any suggestions we make to improve the system are took on board and resolved promptly. Great trustworthy business.

As for the product - it is fantastic. I usually get a lot of unwanted calls, or had to stop doing my business tasks just to take calls. Now, our AI Receptionist does all the work, sends us the brief and we then follow up at a time more suited to our business. Every customer gets a callback and it's great to start the conversation that way as we know what they are looking for before we speak to them, so we can be ready with pricing, designs, etc.
