After placing order, I received a confirmation email. On the delivery day, I also got an email and SMS with a tracking link, which allowed me to live track my delivery, very impressive!
Since it was my first time using a scaffold tower, I needed some setup manuals. Their team was extremely helpful and informed me that I could assemble the Solo Tower without needing a PASMA licence. Thanks to the clear instructions, I managed to set it up easily. Fantastic service, smooth process, and very supportive staff. Highly recommended their service.

Problems with order
Problems with order, agreed that the delivery would be within an hour or so once missing parts were collected and delivered, expected early afternoon. Tracker was showing a later and later arrival time, latest estimate was 17:04 arrival time, which did not suit us, so we asked for the order to be cancelled. Company kept £42.00 of the order value, this will end up in dispute territory. In the meantime, we ordered from HSS, this has been a cheaper, seamless and efficient process throughout.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to follow up. While we aim to provide accurate delivery ETAs for reference, we do not guarantee specific time slots. On the day of your order, our driver made an initial delivery and then returned to collect additional items that had not been part of the original request, in order to fulfill your needs. This added a delay to the final delivery.
As the cancellation occurred after part of the order had already been delivered and while the remaining items were actively being sourced and en route, the retained £42.00 covers the handling and logistical costs associated with that process.
We appreciate your position and are sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations. However, in this case, the partial charge reflects genuine costs already incurred in attempting to fulfil your order.

Ordering was easy, the delivery and later return were on time. Deposit refund was prompt.
The tower provided was just as it should have been and allowed my job to be done easily.
Although I could have put the tower up on my own, it was very easy with two people.
