After investigating your order, it seems that your parcel was attempted to be delivered by courier PostNord around 2 weeks ago however no one was home and delivery failed. The parcel was then transferred to your local delivery station and was left available for pick-up.
Both the courier and us have sent multiple emails informing you of more details regarding the pick up location as well as the tracking number however we received no response.
We urge you to collect your parcel as soon as possible. Please use the tracking number provided on the PostNord website for more details and information.

The toy car I received looked nothing like the one showed in the photo online, I know my cars and it didn’t even have the real logo just a bad made up one so I will be returning this asap!

Don’t bother! POOR customer service
I ordered the car 18 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived, and I have had no answer from any of the emails I have sent requesting updates or a refund. The delivery I paid for stated 4-7 “express” delivery.
The date is the 7th April - no car, no refund and still no answers to emails!
Yet keep sending me emails to review the purchase…so I have!
My advice don’t bother!

Nice product
I never received my order and no one will get back to me to find out what's going on with it.
Update: I received my product and all is good. The website did not update or provide and tracking information so I thought I had been scammed, but I actually reviewed my item and it looks very nice.

I placed an order on September 17 and it arrived 29th of September. After I noticed that I received the wrong one, as I ordered a 1:18 audi rs6, and I received a 1:24. I would like to exchange it for my 1:18. I wrote to you on email 4 times.
