I tried to combine 2 orders I made within 10 mins of each other only to be told the 1st one had been sent that morning. I made the orders in the afternoon. It was entirely my fault but I had no offer of assistance at all. The products were top notch as usual but I paid 2 lots of postage and both items arrived together!
