Brilliant service to say the least, I've worked with 3 other providers beforehand & they brought me leads, but they we're absolutely awful!

Within the first call, Sam was very clear about expectations and helped guide me through understanding how META works.

First month was a little bit slow, had a few enquries but nothing turned into business.

Come month 2 & 3 it all seemed to click, we made £20,000 in our second month & then £30,000 in our third just from facebook advertising!

Business has been booming and we actually hit a record month last month thanks to their work.

To be completely honest, the first month was a little slow – we more or less broke even, which in my eyes is still a good start while things were being tested and dialled in.

But from month two onwards, things really started to compound.

We’ve been getting tons of leads and high-quality enquiries, and the pipeline has never felt this full.

A huge shoutout has to go to April, their head of sales. She’s become a key part of our business because we simply don’t have the time to call every lead and qualify them properly. Sam’s team completely took that off our plate so we can stay focused on running the business and serving customers.

We've been using Scale With a Brand (SWAB) for 2 months now and we've had 121 leads come through. Our minds are blown! That's nearly doubled our leads in that time and we are paying absolute minimum ad spend!

We have struggled a little with the quality of the leads (it is FB and Instagram after all) but Sam jumps at every opportunity to improve it and he's been so accommodating, positive and generous with his and his team's time throughout our entire process so far.

Sam and his team are agile, personable and know how to deliver on what they say the will. They have industry knowledge but they also leave space for individual clients and their values/ aims. They are compassionate and exceptionally hard working. It has felt like every conversation and decision matters and they actually care about the ultimate outcome - Rare in my experience. With another similar business, I overspent beyond my budget and got zero results. There was no remorse, insight or even a thought spared to how to move forward. To be completely frank, my clinic was going under.
