This Product is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND HARMFUL, extremely bad reaction my scalp was SWALON with BLISTERS. I had to spend so much to treat the reaction from this product. I was provided no support from SCALPMED. I called them and they provided me a CRA number to return the product for a refund, but guess what there was also a catch, the catch was to return the product to California with the 10 days from the CRA issue otherwise no refund. I was not given any refund whatsoever.

I think who ever made this product should go to hell and while there there I hope the devil only offers them one way to get out of the fire and that's by the hair they grew using this bull crap
and I have no doubt there not getting any relief. SNAKEOIL

I was going to order for my son but reading comment from customer what the return policy is I am bothered by their unfairness to customers. Starting return date at date of order is BS. So if it takes 2 weeks to receive I have 2 weeks to return?? I was going to order as a Christmas gift but not now. Will do without!

OMG this works amazing .. after two months you will def see results , dont miss a treatment .. everyone started asking me if i had hair transplant .. I thought i was seeing things.. Rogain is nowhere close to this product .. i went off just to see and my hair started thinning again .. this is not a fake review . This crap works !!! Its a little more money but i dont mind paying with results like this !!

I purchased the product in September, 2021. I had to leave town unexpectedly before the package arrived.
I started the product upon my return. Unfortunately at Day 100 no results. I called scalp Med and they explained the return policy starts on the ORDER DATE.
I don't think that's fair. That info should be given upfront!
