We’re sorry you felt the lingerie range could be broader. May we ask which of our three stores you visited? Across all locations we carry thousands of lingerie styles (with standard ranges up to at least a UK 22), and we’re always getting new pieces in.
Sometimes during busier periods things can sell out quicker than expected, and with the odd shipping delay there are moments where shelves don’t look as full as we’d like — but we do our best to stay on top of it. If there’s ever something specific you’re after, we’re always happy to order it in for you, and if another store has the piece, we can often have it couriered over the same day or within a couple of working days.
While we’re primarily a licensed adult store, we absolutely love our lingerie too and really enjoy helping customers find something they feel great in.
We actually have a sale on at the moment with lots of discounted pieces, so if you fancy popping back in we’d love to see you. And if you mention in-store that you left us a Trustpilot review, the team will happily give you a little free gift — just say!

Great shop experience
I went to the Scandals in Bootle today. The shop was private, clean and professional. I was promptly greeted and made to feel comfortable straight away. After browsing solo for 15 minutes or so I had some questions which were answered knowledgeably. All answers assisted with making my purchases.
Prices were reasonable and the visit to the shop allowed me to be sure of my purchases where I might have still been a bit in the dark had I just shopped online. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop and this location, especially to women and people who identify as women with questions seeking non judgemental and useful answers. 5*
