The Scantime 4-day Allen-Bradley course I did with Nathan was excellent and gave me a really solid understanding of Allen-Bradley PLCs. Nathan is a great tutor—very down to earth—and he shared a lot of real-life experiences that really helped explain the concepts.
I previously did the beginner course at Rockwell Automation, and this course was hands down better. I’ll definitely be coming back to do the Level 3 course with Scantime, as I learned a lot over the four days.

Really good course. Jay the instructor was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I did the level 1&2 step 7 fault finding course and it was a great introduction to the workings of plcs and how they are programmed.

I hadn’t worked with PLCs prior to enrolling on this program, but the training has given me valuable real-world experience using Siemens TIA Portal and a clear, detailed understanding of PLC programming and diagnostics. The hands-on approach made the learning practical and easy to relate to industrial applications. I would highly recommend Scantime to anyone looking to build strong foundations in PLCs and automation.

Attended a 4 day Siemens TIA Portal IMFFP Level 1&2 C&G Course at Scantime in Gateshead. Great course content delivered by Nathan who used his personal knowledge to enhance the learning experience. Looking to attend a further course with Scantime to cover Siemens Step 7.

I’ve recently completed the TIA Portal IMFFP 1 & 2 training with Scantime, and it was a fantastic experience! The course was very well structured, hands-on, and packed with useful information that really helped deepen my understanding of automation and PLC programming.

We were spent 1 week and pass quickly due to a good teacher and good opportunity to know new things about PLC/sequence

Jay was a great instructor, coursr was laid out very well. I believe a flag system in the exam where you can return to dpuble check questions would be a great idea before submitting your answers at the end of the exam.

Third time with ScanTime for my PLC training and this time completing my TIA Portal IMPFF Pro Level 3; this time with Chris Symm who was again a very experienced and informative trainer and it was a pleasure to learn from him. I would fully recommend PLC training through ScanTime to anyone interested, the way they help you to understand is unmatched in my opinion.

Their PLC introduction course was very detailed and covered all of the basics of how PLC's work and how to fault find a step 7 program. The tutor Nathan was very good and taught us a lot of extra tricks.
