I've used Scarlett Fire and Security for the past two years to service my burglar alarm system. They are always helpful, prompt and communicative, giving good value for money.
Very quick and excellent service! Our company's extinguishers required a yearly inspection, so we contacted Scarlett Fire & Security, and they sent a technician the same day. Highly recommend and we will use this company again!

Very happy with the service from the team at Scarlett Fire and Security. They were very quick to respond to initial enquiry, designed a suitable installation and were very competitive on the price. They dealt with all queries extremely efficiently and have good systems and processes in place. Very attentive. We have retained them for the ongoing maintenance and testing. This project was the Installation of a fire detection, alarm system with emergency lighting in an 8 apartment Almshouses development in RG10 Postcode area. Highly recommended.

We have just had an alarm system installed and are extremely happy with the whole process. The quotation was competitive; the engineer, Nash, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Overall we received excellent service and we would certainly recommend them.
When I had a problem with the App (my fault - not theirs), Steve called round and sorted it out - that's what I call service.
