While the quality of the clothing is good, their customer service is poor. I emailed them prior to shopping to see if they could do refunds on credit card and they said it was possible. The sizing is slightly off from their measurements so it did not fit me the way I wanted and requested a return. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth through support and I’m still unable to receive a refund despite showing them proof of the email they sent to me saying that they would. I understand the store policy on the site says they prefer refunds through store cards, but them not honoring their policy leaves an impression on me. I have shown proof of the product being unworn and in pristine condition, so there was no reason why they couldn’t honor the refund for the return.

SCD CROWD definitely worth buying from! Such cool and unique clothes, also in my experience they have been very responsive and super helpful with sizes! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Expérience mouvementée avec l’achat d’un pantalon vu que la taille ne m’allait pas. Malgrés ça l’échange s’est vraiment bien déroulé et la communication a été très facile et efficace.

Petit conseil pour les acheteurs, si comme moi vous êtes à la limite d’une taille ou entre 2 tailles de vêtements, prenez toujours au plus large !

I Bought the FW23 Dark Ascent Vest and must say the garment’s quality is really good . After placing my order the team helped me to pick the right size for the vest and it fits perfectly .

First off I want to give a shout-out to the customer service staff. They've been really cool with reaching out through whatsapp to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. They even sent me through a link to preview their ss24 collection before it went live which is a nice touch. I ordered a pair of leather bottoms from the ss23 collection which are amazing. They feel so premium and look amazing in person. Unfortunately the size I ordered was a bit too small so I had to send them back but had no issues doing so. I was helped with the return process to make sure I got my refund as fast as possible. (Update) Got the correct size trousers and the matching jacket. Really happy with both. Give them a go 👍
