This company we just caught stealing fragrances from small indie brands. She was buying them under aliases so people didn’t know it was her and the proceeded to put them on her website to sell to others. This brand owner has zero integrity.

This "family" run business is stealing scents from indie perfume brands. They are purchasing those brands' custom creations then posting them as "coming soon" on their website. They're not even changing the names of the scents to try to hide it. Zero ethics or integrity go into a company willing to steal from other small businesses.

I had a major issue with Scented Expressions and would never purchase from them again. Shipping took weeks, and several 2 oz fragrance oils arrived in severely warped 4 oz bottles—one was so misshapen it wouldn't even stand upright, and the labels wouldn't adhere properly. I've never received fragrance oils in that condition from any other supplier. When I contacted customer service, the owner dismissed my concerns rather than addressing the problem. Combined with the poor customer service, long shipping times, and repeated complaints I've seen from other customers, the experience was frustrating enough that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered fragrance oil from them a couple years ago and the order took several weeks. I placed a second order and oddly, my order history wasn't saved under my account. I called them and the response was very unprofessional and off putting.
Fast forward to today, I placed an order April 23rd or 26th because they do have a great selection of scents that other companies dont carry. I thought, give them another chance, everyone has off days....As of today, May 22, 2026, I dont have my order and the delivery date keeps changing....

Look elsewhere. Seriously. This has got to be the worst place I have dealt with in all my years in this business. They come off lazy (don’t ship products) lie when you confort them via email. And when you ask for a refund for items you never received (as in they never shipped) it goes against their TOS you agreed to… and when they finally agree to a refund they want to charge you 35% restocking fee.. FOR WHAT it hasn’t left your warehouse. Ladies and gentlemen seriously just don’t it’s really not worth it check the BBB and here it’s a 3.7 speaks volumes. We work too hard not so they don’t have to. Shameful

The fragrances smell amazing and you get an amazing price for every item. As well as them shipping really quickly. I love their Merry Cookie scent, it’s one of my favorites but I love them all.
