My package was lost by UPS last month…
My package was lost by UPS last month and the customer service was speedy and great. I got a replacement shipped to me and I couldnt be happier with the fragrance I purchased.

Everything about my order was great. Fragrance showed up In perfect condition, appears to be 100% authentic and shipping was incredibly fast. I would definitely order from them again.

The original package got lost and it…
The original package got lost and it took almost 3 weeks to get a replacement shipped. The customer service agent was friendly and tried his best, but the extremely long turnaround made receiving a fragrance I was really excited about become much more stressful than I expected. And that does make me less likely to come back to scentrabbit in the future

Quickly responded to a shipment apparently lost.
The shipment from ScentRabbit was apparently lost by UPS and I never received it. Upon learning about this, ScentRabbit graciously refunded me even though they were not responsible for the lost shipment. Their Customer Service team was very responsive to my query.
