Wrong perfume received - resolved quickly
I ordered 2 perfumes, one of which I was sent the incorrect fragrance. I contacted Scent to Coventry and I was sent the correct perfume the next day and a returns label to return the incorrect perfume. Price was better than I could find anywhere else. Overall pleased with the outcome and service, would purchase from them again.

I have been Dealing with Scott For the First Time Never heard of the Company, I Sent an Email and instantly got a Reply back along with a phone call, I was after a specific fragrance and He listed the Fragrance in a time frame of under 10 minutes on his site really great price, I Placed the Order on Friday and it will Shipped on the same day, today's Monday and got my Chanel Bottle, the packaging was extremely secure and very well packed, plus I had free shipping with tracking from Royal mail, Exceptional and Remarkable Service, Thank you plus the Fragrance is 100% Authentic and Genuine.

Both I can confirm are real!
