My central heating boiler had a serious safety problem which, Ryan, diagnosed and fixed. The job was not an easy one. Removing the faulty part proved difficult because it was so damaged. But Ryan persevered and got my boiler safe and working efficiently. I will ask for him by name the next time my service is due.

Just had my boiler serviced by Ryan first class service, gave a time slot and called me 15 minutes before he arrived, very clean and tidy would highly recommend thanks Ryan.

Excellent communication before he arrived. Ryan was very polite, helpful and considerate over our issue. He showed a great amount of expertise in fixing the boiler (baxi E125 error), whilst providing recommendations on the heating system in general and best practices. Without his work we'd have probably been without heating and hot water for 2days and it's snowing outside. Thanks Ryan, would highly recommend!

Ryan was the only contractor who answered my call and gave me priority because of a boiler breakdown. He arrived on the day and time agreed. He explained what was wrong in a msnner I understood, told me the cost and how that was calculated. Very reasonable. A great job with no mess. He was also very friendly and pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this service. Its a real pleasure to gave a very experienced and competent contractor carry out work to full satisfaction.

Ryan went above and beyond to help us get our hive heating installed! Turned up on time, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable!
We then had issues with the hive hub and after some pretty appalling service from hive, and a few tearful phone calls Ryan contacted them on our behalf. We were able to swap the hub itself and this resolved the problem! Ryan then talked us through the full app set up! I never write reviews but I was so happy with the service! 10/10

Usually we do not write reviews but this time we were very happy with the service received. We hired Ryan for boiler replacement, thermostat installation, old fireplace disconnection and also to obtain a gas safety certificate. He arrived on time and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. He is very very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We are going to hire him for future projects 100000%. Highly recommended!

Ryan was great, friendly and sorted the valve problem on boiler quickly and efficiently.

Had problems with pressure dropping on boiler. Ryan came out fast and identified the problem and fixed it. We also mentioned concerns of smelling of gas which he promptly investigated and he detected a gas leak at the main meter. This was resolved immediately and we cannot thank him enough. We would highly recommend him. The fees were very reasonable. Both reliable and professional. We would definitely book him for any further work in the future. Thanks Cliff

Had a problem with my boiler and after contacting Ryan, he came out the next day. He assessed the problem and gave me a really fair estimate. The day after that, he came and fixed it. No mess, no fuss. Can’t recommend him high enough.

I contacted Ryan and his team, as I had very poor water pressure from my shower. They visited my property a couple of days later, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed all by the end of that week. The price was extremely reasonable as well.

call them on a Saturday as my boiler was not working , came in the same day , checked the boiler , told me what the problem is and in a day or two came and solved the problem . All I can say is that was fast, on point, solved the problem and the price was ok . So whenever I will need a engineer I will go back to him !
