Dear Sir,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your experience, and we’d like to clarify the situation.

According to our records, prior to starting your Schengen visa process, we offered available appointment slots for Monday or Tuesday, corresponding to the 23rd or 24th of March. Unfortunately, there appears to have been a misunderstanding, as these were interpreted as the 16th or 17th of March, which also fall on a Monday and Tuesday.

When earlier dates (16th or 17th March) were requested, we informed you that these were not available. However, we assured you that we would do our best to secure the earliest possible Monday or Tuesday slot and requested a short amount of time to arrange this.

On 14th March, our team contacted you to confirm that we had successfully secured an appointment for Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th March. Following this, you chose to withdraw your application.

As agreed via email, we proceeded with the cancellation upon your consent and submitted a refund request to the consulate. As explained, refunds are subject to embassy approval, and we will promptly return any amount if it is issued to us.

We sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the dates. Please be assured that our team made every effort to secure a suitable appointment as quickly as possible.

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are always here to assist you should you require support in the future.
