Amazing customer service. My daughter has lots of sensory issues with clothing which meant I needed a school summer dress in a much bigger size which was not available in shops. Found it online from this shop and I was so pleased! Not only did they have the item I needed, their communication was amazing! I desperately needed it in 2 days and the lady I spoke to explained all the ways we could get it to me quicker then normal and what the cost would be (DPD next day delivery!) She was so helpful and explained everything and made sure they had it in store whilst I was still on the phone so it would be delivered in time. The item arrived exactly when said. Thank you so much for all your help and despite living in Bournemouth, I will be using your business again and again!

I rang school uniform 247 because I had received a pair of trousers which were too small for my son. The customer service rep called Naz was exceptional. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She went over and above her duties to sort out our problem. She not only sent us a pair of new trousers, she followed up with phone calls to make sure we received them and that they were the right size. She was always so polite, attentive and professional. I ordered my daughter school trousers, paid for first class but I didn't receive my order so I called up and had amazing customer support. My order had been lost by royal mail but I was sent out a replacement order first class. Excellent customer service. Excellent products. The trousers have washed very well, still the same as when I bought them. Competitive prices too. Will definitely use again.

If I could star 0 I would. Not received my items for weeks and company has not replied to my emails. Obviously a scam DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!

Recently purchased a couple of pairs of trousers for our son here. One pair are fine—actually the quality is really good—but the other had a fault and the stitching came undone after only being worn twice. Emailed the company with an image and explanation and never received a reply. Really poor customer service.

There are a wide range of good quality uniforms available from this store but I was most impressed with customer service! I was updated frequently as to where my delivery was and when I needed to return the dress I ordered (dress was too big), the store was quick to give me the details I needed and were happy to take my return. Overall a positive experience.
