I had grate customer service very polite and understanding. How ever for the discounts I wasn't able to stack my signup discount and my military discount together. That is why I gave it a 4 star.

What an awesome grill
What an awesome grill! Once you retrain your thought process to raising and lowering whatever you’re cooking, the results are impeccable! I’ve used conventional grills for decades and I can honestly say that this is by far the most consistent and best results I’ve ever had. Salmon to pork chops to steaks all come out perfect. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy making homemade pizzas as well. Customer service and communication has been top-notch. Thank you, Schwank Grills

I LOVE my Schwank grill. The quality is unmatched. As an existing customer, I was offered a savings on the Large grill table.

Too much effort for an inferior end result
After using this grill only two times, we have decided to re-home it because it is way too much work. A conventional gas grill delivers a far superior end result at a fraction of the cleanup.

Cooks meat amazingly but grill is not user friendly
The grill cooks everything amazingly. But the problem is the grill is not easy to use. Right now, the only way I can light it and keep it on is to push the ignite button on top and then place something with heavy weight on top of it to keep it burning. Maybe it's me but it's not easy to use.

Excellent Customer Service
I interacted with the online chat because I forgot to add a promo code when placing my order. Instead of calling, I opted for the online help. The response was quick, and I received a confirmation email immediately with the change made to my order. Excellent customer service!

The product looks very nice. Have not received mine yet, just ordered. Talked to someone that sells them and they came highly recommended. Loved that you had a fathers day special and I was able to get a lot of items I wanted for free!

Service in a hurry
I pre ordered a table for my Schwank Grill that was supposed to carry a 15% discount with a promotion code. I did not see any place to enter the code but made the full purchase price order. Five minutes later I emailed Schwank and they replied in less than five minutes after that giving me the discount. Excellent service. Also, I have owned the grill for over a year and it is perfect for steaks and pork chops.
