I had a good experience with your doctor. But I have not had any follow up, and I’ve paid money, and I just feel used.

Could be an Option

The three stars are for the 3 helpful people that I have dealt with: NP’s Jessica and Patrick and customer experience representative, Supraja M. Dealing with anyone else from billing or customer relations is a NIGHTMARE. They do not listen to your concerns and all parrot the same message. It’ is clear there is not clear communication throughout the company and/or problems understanding english. Be prepared to even be charged for services you did not intend to use even if you let them know.

My levels were decent at this time and I did not go through with TRT. However, after dealing with this company my T is probably super low from anger haha.

There's lots to be ironed out still…

There's lots to be ironed out still within their system. 1. The suggested nearest lab to me that took their requiring forms was incorrect. I had to research that myself. 2. They asked for a vitamin c test to be done which in BC requires a physician, not RN. The lab tech said it's an outdated test. 3. The instructions on the prescribed med was incorrect. Customer service made no apology and said to disregard med label instructions and follow RN's directives. This has not been a smooth process. I dont have confidence in any instructions they give me at this point.

The process was easy and convenient

The process was easy and convenient. I feel the company could have matched me with a doctor who had more experience with postmenopause. I am 65 and have been in menopause for 10 years, and I have not taken HRT. There is a lot of misinformation out there, mainly dating back to when I was going through perimenopause and the risk of taking HRT. I would have liked more information to educate me on what's changed and why it would be good for me now to take BHRT. The doctor I had my appointment with was intelligent, educated and young. I still had a few more questions that the pharmacist was able to answer.
I received my medication promptly, and the pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Overall, I feel this company offers an excellent service and would recommend it. Especially if you don't have a regular doctor or naturopath.

Very knowledgeable

Very knowledgeable, spent much more time with me asking questions and educating than I expected. Definitely a personalized approach. So far happy with my choice.

Login challenges

First video call was missed.
Don’t
Like the fact that you are notified 10min before your call.

Second try I had a difficult time creating the initial acct.I had to send an email and was told to login with Health Card.

They are unprofessional

They are unprofessional. I asked about HRT did blook work and was ineligible. They charged me anyway and said I was eligible for something I never asked for. Took me many emails to get my money back. Then they charged me for weight loss inquiry before I even received blood work so I asked for my money back and was told yes by one person then told no by another. Now I have to fight to get my money
They are going to charge you for everything and it is a massive money grab they don't care about their clients
