Easy, no fuss transaction, quick dispatch

I have bought several calculators over the last few years from Science Studio - good prices and excellent service. I recently bought an HP15c, which I had always wanted but never been able to justify as a young engineer. There is a major problem on the recently released version with the firmware as shipped from HP (the key bounce makes it virtually unusable). Although the updated firmware is available from HP, the only source of the cable to upload it is in Spain who will not ship to the UK. I contacted Science Studio to see if they could help and they have been superb - I have just had shipping notification for the cable needed from HP in Czechia - amazingly at no charge to me. I cannot say how impressed I am with their customer service - in future they will be my first port of call for any future needs. A very happy customer!

You required to know what school it was for, but still charged VAT. If for educational purposes (as it was) you could at least remove VAT from it.

I bought a HP Prime G2 from Science Studio and some Casio data cables, very well packed in a box and fast delivery with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Excellent price for this Beast of a calculator, has the G2 imprint on the back of the case and in Help-Tree-About revision is D (A-C is G1). No. 1 for new and genuine calculators, excellent company thanks a lot 👌
