I loved the idea of creating my own scent. I chose milk, caramelized sugar, sandalwood & coconut. It smells SO good. I love the bottle design as well. However, the scent only lasts for about 10 minutes! This is so disappointing!

The AI tool they use, Aura, is worthless! After the customer answers a bunch of questions and inputs their customized ingredients, you’d think the perfume would smell something like what you created. IT DOESN’T! I tried twice, and out of my 6 creations, only 1 sample bottle smelled O.K., but even that fragrance lasted only about 20 minutes on me. They refuse to refund a customer for these because they are unique creations. Yes, that belong IN THE TRASH!!!! I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND!

Ordered a very detailed specific personalized fragrance. When the order arrived it was NOTHING even remotely similar to what i asked for. The scent was horrific. I contacted their Customer Service department and was told they don’t do refunds. I consider this place a SCAM. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Buyer Beware.

Never got my bottle. Never can get ahold of anyone at customer service. Its been over a month. My package tracker said it had been delivered but was then shipped to San Diego at their main office. No help, no refund, no attempt from them to fix it. Save your money. It's a scam

It was fun making them, but a complete waste of money. I got two so far, and one of them has literally no scent whatsoever other than alcohol the other lasts five minutes.

I’ve had the idea to create my own perfume for decades, and I’ve finally done it! Thanks to the amazing artistry at Scircle Scents, they were able to bring my story to life in a bottle.
It was the summer of 1987, I was 13 years old and coming of age. I spent that entire summer with my cousins at the beach, listening to U2, Richard Marx, Bryan Adams…crusing with the top down in my cousin’s mustang convertible, wearing makeup for the first time, covered in suntan lotion, out on the boat, watching “Dirty Dancing” and flirting with boys! It was the best summer of my life.

I told myself that one day, I would create a perfume named “1987” and capture that moment in time.
Scircle Scents worked with me to meticulously capture this incredible moment in time …and they NAILED it! “1987” was born and I now have that precious moment in time captured in a bottle. (And the only one in the world, I might add 😉)!
Thank you Scircle for your incredible talent, and making my coming-of-age story -“1987” - tangible. I’ll forever treasure this scent.

My perfume has been sitting in San Diego since the 17th of June awaiting pickup from USPS, today is the 26th... I've emailed the company three separate times and only got one reply that said they're checking on it. Lucky for me my credit card already credited the $25 back

If I could give it zero stars I would. I don't know how they are able to charge for such disgusting perfume. It smells nothing like what I asked for it smells like an old lady/old man cologne that made me want to vomit. It is the most disgusting thing I've ever smelled. Do not use them. I don't know what they're doing or how they create something so gross. And then they offer a savings code for a new perfume for half price, but you still have to pay more money for it and there's no guarantee. The second one will be as disgusting as the first. Did I mention how disgusting it is?

I bought six scents. All six bottles came in less then half full. I reached out to them several times. They ghosted me on every platform possible. They are not deleting all bad reviews and paying for bs 5 star/positive reviews. Do not support this brand, they are hot garbage.

BEWARE of Scircle Scents! First, they have a no-refund policy. Once you purchase there is no chance of getting a refund. Next, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from their customer service team. I had to email them 5-6 times before getting a cohesive response to my request for a refund or free redo of my fragrance. The fragrances they sent me smelled nothing like what I requested - they smelled soapy and floral - and I asked for chocolate spice and pear spice! I resorted to emailing the company's CEO on LinkedIn. He responded with an apology and told me they would replace my fragrances for free. After his intervention, customer service contacted me with a do-over coupon code to use on their website during checkout after redoing my fragrances. Turns out that coupon code was only for 40% off and not for free! So, here I am, stuck with two bottles of perfume I don't like and no recourse. I feel I've been ripped off.

I tried it out and I do like it. The perfume smells awesome and I think it really nailed the prompt. However, it is STUPIDLY expensive. $25 for a 5mL and $95 for 20mL. I do think its worth the $25 to just try out, but I don't think I'll be doing it again.
