I'm being charged $12 a month for a subscription and I'm not having any access to the platform. I don't know how they're charging me and I can't cancel because it says I don't even have an active subscription on my account. The website doesn't have any contact or support information to speak to anyone; it's a terrible service.

I am using Scope.gg for about a month now and couple of things to know if you are new:
- Match statistics are awesome, you can see highlights and mistakes and learn what to do/dont. Compared to Leetify this one is better as you get for free what Leetify offers for subscription.
- The daily/weekly challenges are a nice way to spice up your game.
- The season raffles are a great way to get yourself a nice skin just by playing the game.

Highly recommended!

They recently launched a battle pass called Scope Pass. In this I was at the first rank but they decided to decrease my Xcoins which in turn pushed me back 100 ranks without any communication. So this poor review is the only thing I can do since their team is biased towards certain users or doesn't reply.

Very nice website for seeing our csgo stats ! A glitch happened on the website when buying a one month subscription( accidentally made me pay a one year subscription), but the sellers were pretty fast and refund me without any questions. You can totally trust them !

I purchased something meaning it was another thing and the customer support agents are very cooperative about any problems you might encounter .
