I just realised these tw@ts have just popped back up in my banking taking 2 lots of £19.95 from my account on the 20th and 26th of august 2026🤬this also happened to me many years ago but I’m unsure to why or how they’re back again helping themselves to money that is not there’s🤨this is worrying as I did NOT sign up to anything recently let alone thier company…scary stuff

Bastards just took 19.45 out my bank I never signed up too im taking this further

Some how I had an account with this company SIX years ago when I was a MINOR, and now six years later they take money from my account, £14.95, I did not sign up for this company nor do I know how they obtained my new bank details and my new phone number

Scammers set up subscription with your details through their "partner" cheeky af. Help yourself to £19.95 pm when no one came to you and being passed the details is not on. Scammers.

I've never signed up to an account with you so why are you trying to charge me £14.95?

Scammers beware... in 2024 they managed to steal my money i reported to fraud and froze my card I got a new card and no problems until now 22may 2026 and boom another sweep on my bank trying to steal money... I've never signed up to anything never tried getting loans it just randomly on my account AGAIN... 100% A SCAM please report this company to fraud.

i would give no stars if a could took £19.95 from bank for something i didnt subscribe to.

Sooo bad . Complete scam company . I’m surprised they are still trading . Just take money from bank account’s pretending to be credit agency. Really bad scam

I was tricked into singing up for these when applying for a loan, after realising that they weren't a loan supplier, I immediately looked for a way to cancel my membership, and in the end I had to go through my bank, as I couldn't find a way on there website.
Despite this, over a month since this issue, I discovered that they took 2 payments both for 14.95 and both on the same day. They also set up a new subscription service threw my bank account, without my concent.

After some back and forth with both my bank and there customer service, I was eventually able to get my money back, but for anyone else thinking of applying for loans, these are not a loan supplier. They will frequently appear as an option from 3rd party loan comparison companies, but the service they offer is similar to clear score.

This so called company took £19.95 from our bank account on the 31st December 2022. Neither me nor my fiancé signed up for the so called subscription. If this rouge company don’t refund us the money we will not hesitate to contact the ombudsman about this. Never heard of this company before. Tried to leave emails but no surprise don’t exist we will call the number. Definitely a fraudulent company. That are out to steal your money.

Claimed I've signed up for a service I don't need. Thieving company. Taken £19.99 from my account. Under no circumstances use these lying thieving people
