Really pleasant experience, I was thinking all adds on Facebook are about the same thing that they sell or buy your property cheaper then market but then I had a chat with scotiahomebuyer. He tried everything in his reach to help me . Not once he insisted or encouraged me to sell my property cheaper. He was very transparent about his process . He couldn’t help me at this instant but he referred me to other places like I mentioned tried his best to help.
I will be definitely referring him to others if they are in similar situation.
I was glad that he was not rude not pushing forcing encouraging me to sell below home report value . He was very honest open and transparent.

After failing to sell a property, I got in touch with David and Brian.
