Product was exactly as described and arrived promptly and well packaged. Order process was straight forward and delivery was within the timescale stated.
Thanks to Scotdsdales for delivery a variety of compost types and horticultural pebbles. Very easy to take delivery from friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service lacking
Ordering easy. When there was an error with the delivery (I got a cheaper product than I had ordered) the service from the first customer services I spoke to was not very helpful and quite rude. When they rang me back much later a different person could see my point quite clearly. Low score due to first person I spoke to.

Online purchase of a downloadable gift voucher
I had a specific request regarding buying an online gift card that I needed to give to my daughter the following day. With the help of Oliver I purchased the gift card online in the usual way, and Oliver emailed a downloadable voucher which I was able to print. Really helpful. Thankyou
