This company needs to reply to its customer....and create a proper return ortal. Very quick taking money and delivering .but says easy returns which is utter rubbish. The portal as such offers Buy Again button haha .. but no return button what a joke. Has not replied to 4 emails trying to return even though have not even tried on as not happy with material and well within 30 days. I woul
d not bother with them.

When the shoes arrived they had only been wrapped in plastic and so were all out of shape. They did not resemble the shoes as pictured on the website and although I have returned them and contacted them several times I never received any refund.

Items received were very poor quality - I did not even bother to try them on. Several requests for returning were ignored. Finally returned to warehouse address on website. No acknowledgement, no refund. Avoid.

Sizing is all wrong and they will not respond to any messages about returning items.

It's says on their website to return items with the return slip however no slip was included with the delivery.

I really wish I had checked TrustPilot before buying from this company. The website looked good at first glance (should have noticed that it was AI generated, really), and it appeared high in search, so I went for it. I've now got some sandals that are rubbish quality and the wrong size, and nobody is responding to my messages about how to do a return. It's the second time I've fallen for this kind of scam. When will I learn?

Of all the customers duped by this company, how disappointing that just one of them has written about it here.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.
My autistic husband has been distressed at losing £60 to them but is pursuing a chargeback with his bank.
He received no response to his email requesting a refund and asking for a return address. Apparently, they just don’t reply to customer queries.
Do not use this “retailer” and always, when possible, use reputable retailers with a strong rating.

Item delivered within a fortnight. As ordered, but the "medium" was too small. Emailed requesting a "refund", and to check exactly where to send it, as website is unclear. 4 days later, and another email sent, and STILL no response.
I shall pay the postage to return it, and demand a chargeback on my credit card.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered shoes from their web site which took 2 weeks to arrive and were then totally the wrong size.
I have received no response to my emails requesting return and refund
