I contacted Scotts Trading as i had Birdlime damage to my car. This was all sorted with an excellent result.

I bought a can of upholstery cleaner and the nozzle was faulty and I was therefore unable to use the cleaner.
I emailed Scott’s Training and told them . Within a couple of days a new can of cleaner arrived at my home by post.
The cleaner is excellent - and so is the company . 🥰

Prompt response to communications and excellent work by nominated contractor. Very efficient.

Would not bother with getting paint protection. Brought this a few years ago with my wife’s Renault Clio. The spoiler went dis coloured a few years later. We tried to claim and was told just by the photos that we sent that we must have already had this re-sprayed. which was definitely not the case. We had not had anything done to the car. So they will try and get out of anything if they can. I have purchased a car for myself since then and was asked if I wanted this package. You can definitely say I declined.

I have contacted Scotts Trading for a couple of stains on my seats. ( A Taxi ) . They always contact in advance to arrange a suitable time / Date to do the job.
Always courteous , and pleasant staff. Always a good job.

I can not thank this company enough, I had a mark on my car bonnet left from removing birds mess.

I contacted Scott's Trading and they couldn't of been more helpful or more efficient, once I had visited the paint shop they assessed my car and within the next few days my bonnet was resprayed and it looked good as new.

Most insurance companies you have to constantly chase but I never had to chase this company they sorted everything out for me, I will always purchase paint protection using this company on my next car purchase.

If you ever purchase a vehicle then I highly recommend that you purchase this paint protection insurance from this company.

True to the guarantee, even though my car is 12 years old this year, they still cleaned my car seats and they are gleaming! I never thought they'd look good again but they look amazing!

I’ve been using their products for years, and one thing I realized is they really last. Scotts Trading are good while signing up for paint protection policy but when you try to put up claim there it start all the hassle . They made me to run around to the different garages within Scotland to get the cheaper quotes for the work done . Purely they approve very cheap quote irrespective of the quality of work done at that place . Also they will try to reject any subsequent claims too ..I seriously suggest to re-think before you signup and they will be ready to cancel the policy if your claim cost is more than the policy cost ...

Update 06/02/2025 : Scotts Trading suggested repairer who did poor quality repair work which resulted in damaged to my BMW x2 Telematics box . Please reach out to me for more evidences . Just rethink when you signup for their policy guys

ScottsTrading providing false information when I reported them the subsequent issue then ScottsTrading responded we will check with bodyshop and get back but scotts trading never reached out to me .I personally with help of CAB followed up with steve walker bodyshop and got it fixed .Yes bodyshop did fixed it but you guys never reached out till date and my family without car for 2 weeks almost..

Having worked in the motor trade for 30 years I can genuinely say that they are the best product I have experienced - highly recommend.

I contacted Scott's after dust from building work had after washing and polishing by me left the paintwork rough to the touch, I felt that if it is supposed to resist tree sap then dust shouldn't have got in,
They agreed as a gesture of goodwill to pay for the car to be mopped and polished at smartworld Exeter and it is now shiny and smooth, not the first time it has been polished as it came back rough after a couple of weeks, hopefully this will work

very helpful and very polite on the phone said ring back if you get any problems which is good. I’m not the best ones on computers.

Had this product with a used car we purchased from CAR BASE IN BRISTOL and found it very good to use .So we ordered some more.
From ordering to being delivered a very good service.
