David was my main point of contact for when I had my car picked up. He communicated well, giving detailed information in written and spoken form when needed.
When the outsourced car pick up guy arrived, it would have been nice for him to have introduced himself. Despite this, the service was very efficient. The hand over of the V5C was straightforward.

After looking around for while for a reliable option to scrap my car and getting frustrated at the low prices offered and being messed around, I came across Scrap A Vehicle. From the very start I spoke directly with David, over a WhatsApp chat and directly over the phone. He quickly sought me a fair price from a local scrap merchant, answered all my questions quickly and honestly and when the merchant failed to inform the DVLA that I had sold them the car, he even sorted that for me extremely quickly too, putting my mind at ease.
