We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order. As soon as you let us know that there was an issue with the delivery (earlier today), we contacted DPD to investigate. We have offered to resend your order on next day delivery, but you opted for a full refund which we have processed.

Shocking and not professional at all. Sold me PDO threads that had no CE mark, expiry date, no manufacturers details and completely untraceable medical product which i am unable to use. When i contacted them multiple times i was ignored. Had to get my credit card involved!! Stay clear from these cowboys!

We can see that your order was placed on Friday 27th after our 4pm delivery cut off time, which means that it was dispatched on Sunday 29th March and delivered on Monday 30th, right on schedule for next working day delivery.
