I placed an order for a custom made surround on the 5th January 2026. Upon placing the order you get charged instantly and on the confirmation email there’s a “what happens next section”. In this section they advise you will receive your first mock up in 7 days. Perfect. 2 weeks passed and I received nothing, now I know the world championships had been on, demand is high etc fine. I emailed to chase up and was told (by a PA) designs are currently taking 3 weeks due to high demand. On 9th February after losing complete interest I chased up one last time and advised I’d been left with no choice but to take it up with my credit card company, miraculously my first mock up was sent within 10 minutes.

There was one issue I didn’t like about my design and advised them to remove writing and go ahead. After a further check I noticed a concept image had been used (for context it’s a Nottingham Forest themed surround) and they had used an image of a potential redeveloped stadium rather than true reflection. I emailed 14 minutes after receiving and pointed it out and requested the change. I then got a reply saying we have removed the writing and it has been sent to printers. The current wait is 4 weeks. I responded asking for them to confirm whether they had noticed my follow up email and was advised no, it cannot be changed as the design has been sent off. I fully accept upon glance of the initial design I asked for one change but I struggle to get my head around the fact that a request 14 minutes later with a wait time of 4 weeks cannot be amended.

I hate resorting to social media, however I commented asking if I could speak to someone higher up rather than a “PA” and my comment just got deleted.

Just shy of £100 down the drain for an 11 week wait on a surround that has 0 relevance to my initial design. Avoid.

Shocking service, ordered dart flights on the 30th November 2025. Received no communication, not even the design moc up. On the 17th December we were told the design would be ready within one week, but we did not receive anything. We followed this up again on 4th January 2026, and eventually received a design on 13th January. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks from this date, and today 3 weeks have passed and we are being told it will continue to take further time. 9 weeks since placing our order, we continue to have no product but have paid when placing the order.

I ordered a customised dartboard surround on 11th Dec 2025. Full payment was taken for the item when I placed the order.
I had not received any response other than the order confirmation, so I emailed them again on 22nd Dec for an update to be told they were very busy over Xmas. I emailed again on 13th Jan asking for an update as we need surround for end Jan only to be told they probably could not fulfil in this time.
Really disappointed with service and would not use again.
